This is Drive Time - chances are you are one of 8 people on a list given by a friend/relative (who most likely has questionable credit) to Drive Time in order to vouch for them... then they're late making their payment. This is not necessarily collections, more like notification, but they can be persistent and quite annoying like a collection agency.
