Except I haven't been in a car dealership in years.  I own my car free and clear.  There are two things I refuse to give anyone...my SS number and my phone number.  I won't even give it to my doctor's office.  They don't need it to bill my insurance and I give an old, made up phone number.  If I want to talk to them, I'll call them.  I'm getting ready to file a complaint against these buffoons with my state attorney generals office.  It's free, try it when all else fails.

This is for a visit for service on a GM visit. At least my service advisor was cool about it and warned me. NEVER give your cell phone as an official number to GM. I on;y gave it to the dealership to contact me and they made sure not to put it in my record. Also, if you don't take the survey or at least answer the call at some point, they will KEEP CALLING YOU ETERNALLY. It's like the Terminator. They absolutely positively WILL NOT STOP CALLING UNTIL YOU ANSWER. I took the survey and totally ripped the dealership up. I hate GM. "X doesn't work"...GM: yea, engineers checked and it's supposed to be that way"..they stink.

Your service sucks and I still have problems...The car is always kept extra time and when I get it back its another problem

I got 3 calles on my cell phone from 407-302-9200, 407-323-6416 & 407-321-8916. None of them left a message and no one would answer when I tried to call back.
