It is a number used by a scam company called Green Solutions. Google the number.

When I answered the phone it took them several seconds to respond. Some woman wanted to know how much my power bill was. I asked her what the name of the company she was calling for was, she said it twice, sounded like "Seed Electric". Some have identified them in the past as "Green Energy", maybe they trying to hide behind a new name. I told her to put me on their do not call list, now off to file a report at donotcall.gov and the FTC.

Still getting calls from this number as explained above. I read Depothound's report and looked up the name Elio Rivero. Found a page of tax monies for orange county that reports this name with this phone number as having paid business tax to orange county. When I call the number back, I get a message that says the "mail box" has not been set up. Sounds really fishy. Given this info and the web site I found that associates this number with "green solutions," I will never answer this number. I have put it in my blocked calls list.

Have received several calls from this number over the last few days.........no messages were left. Tried to answer it once but nobody answered back. My phone shows the caller as Elio Rivero but I have no way of knowing if that's really who is dialing my number.

Have received calls from this number for the last three days. Have not answered the calls, and there have been no messages left.
We just assumed it was a politcal call!

Received several calls from this number in the last 5 or 6 days. I found a consumer fraud site that had a report about this company. Apparently it is called "Green Solutions" and they tell you that they are working with utility companies to help you lower your utility costs. The utility companies have never heard of them and have no relationship with them. Here is the address of the web site that reports on them.
