They call my cell and my home phone several times a day from # 407-333-7300. They don't answer, they don't leave any message. I don't know how to get rid of these "very unwanted" and mysterious calls !!!

Applied Concepts should get a real job and stop annoying people!

I do not want this party contacting me every single day

I've received 17 calls from this number in two weeks. Caller ID "Applied Concepts".
I understand the company does follow-up calls for agencies such as car repair, etc. to survey customer satisfaction.
No problem there. But if caller ID shows Applied Concepts, and they never leave a message, and call over and over, then no wonder we're getting totally ticked off.
Amazing. So easy if they just left a message. But when I get home and find eight calls, with no messages to explain why, it boggles the mind.

I received several calls yesterday from this number and could not understand who or what it is. Tried to call back but still no information on what this is all about. How did they get my cell number? I thought I had also put my numbers on the do not call list.

These guys call my business 3-4 times a day. They always hang up on me when I (or my secretary) answer. Luckily my business line allows me to block numbers, and they were the first on my list!
Mark Lermire 2011-06-06 20:48:05 Unknown

I've been getting these phone calls every single day at the same time for a week or two now - now I'm getting them during the day as well! I never answer it because I don't answer numbers I don't know but it's certainly irratating!

Guys:
I have a similar problem. These wormsuckers have been calling me 3 to 5 times a day and they dont leave a message. Funny thing is when i pick to yell at them, no one answers.
I just called back on the same number and complained to the lady and asked her to delete my number. I am hoping they would do that, if not i am planning to file complaint against them at BBB and other govt agencies. She explained that they got my number from car dealership and they do the phone survey.
One or two call is fine... but freaking calling 3-5 five times a day for a more than a week.. gets really annoying.

I am on the no call list and want this # 407-333-7300 to stop calling me. I left voice mail message and cannot get real person to asnwer phone.

The best way to deal with this is to email Applied Concepts at the address provided elsewhere in this forum, then complain to your dealership or directly to the manufacturer. Explain that if you do complete a survey, your ratings will be poor because of the harrassing phone calls. They will continue to use companies like this until it becomes obvious it's hurting their reputation and customer goodwill.

What are the odd's that anyone on here has complained and no longer received this call?
I have gotten 3 calls today, and it's really really annoying me.

I got a call from this company 2x's today. I called the number back and spoke to a person. She told me that if you contact a car dealership by phone or email, that dealership sends your info to their company to take a survey about how you were treated, etc. I kindly asked the person on the other end to remove my information. My information was being erased as soon as my called ended.

THIS IS AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM Applied Concepts, Inc.
First, we apologize for any inconvenience these calls might cause. Applied Concepts, Inc. only performs follow up surveys and is not selling any products or services.
Although Applied Concepts, Inc. is not a telemarketing company, if someone requests to be placed on the DNC list, the request is honored and the phone number is placed on the internal DNC list within 24 hours (usually in less than 8 hours).

It also provides an opportunity to compliment professionals that you have worked with time and time again, that have continually provided superior customer service.
Everyone is encouraged to participate in these surveys as a way to ensure everyone receives the highest level of service that everyone deserves. If you don't wish to participate, that is understandable and you can contact the company to have any or all of your phone number added to the Do Not Call List. If you wish to e-mail your name for the DNC list or have a comment or suggestion, please send it to Kelli Whittier, Executive Assistant (kwhittier@appliedconcepts.net).

I received a call from this number and when I answered there was no one there. I have gotten three more calls from this number and I let it go to voicemail but the caller does not leave a message.
Vanessa 2011-06-06 20:48:05 Unknown
Funny... they not only call multiple times a day... they post on the same wall multiple times.
If Applied Concepts believes it's so important to take these surveys, why do they hang up when i answer after one ring?
Golpher 2011-06-06 20:48:05 Unknown
Go to Applied Concept's website & email them that you do not wish to be contacted anymore. Inform them you will contact an attorney if they violate your wish.
