I received a call from this number at 4 pm.  The guy on the other end of the call sounded Indian!!  Could hardly understand him.  He said he was calling from the Florida Green something Council.  He was so nice, he wanted to help me lower my energy bills.  I quickly jumped into YELL AT THE RAG HEAD mode.  He hung up.  I called the number listed on caller id.  I got a generic voice mail message.  These people are changing phone numbers and repeat calling.

RECEIVED 3 PHONE CALLS FROM AREA "407".  IT IS IN ORLANDO.  I DON'T KNOW ANYBODY IN ORLANDO, FLORIDA

called at 7:15 pm.  no response after hello

I just received a call on my mobile from this number. 5 minutes later my wife received a call from the same number.

He called. Said hello, but got no answer. He just hung up. Creepy

This number called me at 8:30 at night and said they were exempt from the DO NOT CALL rules.  She was very rude.  I called back and the voicemail was full.

Answered, they hung up immediately
