Idk they called and I missed it so I looked it up and no name jsut says landline...

This is Chrysler Financial, if you are late on your car loan payment. They call the very next day after being late. It's not even 30 days late and they call repeatedly!!

We are getting calls from this number 2-15 times per day. When we answer they hang up, what losers. I tried calling back and blocking the number they won't take blocked calls but when you call and no block the call goes through wwhhee whhooo they so scare me. NOT

Constant, multiple times a day. Since we are having financial problems, they are calling from either a collection company or a debt counseling company.

If they are a debt counseling company, how did they get my number? And why have I all of a sudden started getting solicitations in the mail? The collection company most times has a legitimate right to be calling and they have a legitimate reason to have my phone number. But, these debt agencies, how did they know we are in debt? What changed in my life that signaled to them I was in debt trouble? Do they have access to names and identities who file for unemployment and figure I "may" need financial counseling help? We have not applied for any credit cards. We have not had any thing filed publicly like a foreclosure notice or lien filed against our house. I really want to know how they peeked into our private life to know we were in serious debt. This should be illegal. We do not need counseling. We will get out of this on our own and without help from a company trying to make a buck. Even if that means the collection calls will continue. But, debt relief people, leave us alone!
