Pushy, rude telemarketer that lies and leaves messages with a tone that you're obligated to call him back.  Not going to, and even if I desperately needed anything he had to sell, wouldn't do business with someone with his attitude.

Some guy named Mike Dayton called looking for my boss. He was polite and curtious. He is a good guy.

Mike Dayton from Renoir called me and gave me the typical stick we get all the time.  Don't be annoyed by him.  Do as I do and treat it as comic relief of the day.  Enjoy listening to the oddball things they do like coughing into the phone, giving you some nonsense about talking to your boss before, or that they're returning a call from your boss.

Knowing they're 100% not legit, it actually makes it fun to listen to the stick while trying to take a message.  Try it...you'll like it.  Don't get annoyed, just take a message and be done with it.  They want you to get annoyed, so just don't.  When callers become unprofessional on a phone call, it's clear to me and my boss that we wouldn't return the call or work with someone like Mike Dayton from Renoir.

I believe Alias is Mr. Dayton himself . . . anyone else taking his calls would never think he was polite or professional.  He's is exactly as the others say - rude and pushy - good luck getting through

Mike Dayton was very polite and professional. I wish ALL the people that would call in would be that considerate. It was a pleasure to speak with him and help him out.

A guy named Mike Dayton calls repeatedly from this number and is very aggressive and harassing.  He always says he's returning my exec's call, or getting back about their previous conversation, but I know this isn't true because I screen every call and I've never given my exec his messages.  He says he's from Renoir and that he's calling on behalf of Armacell.  He's rude and pushy, and no matter how many times he calls, I will never pass him through to my exec.
