phone number 4073894506 keeps calling and hanging up when I answer

Calls now from 423-247-4497.  I say hello 3x before someone comes on the line.  They say they have something for septic systems.  I asked to be removed from system.  Called me again the following week.  Rude guy who hangs up when I talk.  When I call the number I get different recordings (faking and fuzzy) that I have reached a disconnected number.  Yeah right.

returnd product unopend then the phone calls started repetedly10 to20 times daily at all hours .

Has been calling constantly......claims to be a wholesale company for sanitation products...but won't identify themselves....they are trying to scam people they want your information..don't provide any information......I personally called the legitimet company MILLER PLANT INC they are completely unaware of this scam but are adressing it.....to put a stop to it.

This is a fraud. TELL THEM NOTHIING. HANG UP.

I get calls from the same number all the time and it drives me crazy. One time it will show the number and the caller ID will show Orlando FL. and another time the number showed WinterPark, FL. I tryed to Google the number but it shows nothing. I sure hope someone can stop them.

Calls from 407-389-4506 calls with no name available, and when I push the button listed to talk to a representitive, it hangs up.
