The reason they don't leave a message is because if they do so they will have to pay for the completed call
I answer the phone and put them on hold. That way they end up having to pay for the call.
After a while they get the message or so it seems after doing this for two days I hadn't received a call for  four months whereas I had been getting at least three calls a day for several months. Alas, the calls started up again today.

Have been getting at least one or two calls a day from this number, and they never leave a message.  I followed the advice to call Level 3 Communications at 800 348 5457 , option #2, and asked them to contact their customer to stop calling my number.  The rep was helpful and promised to take action.

Receive a call from 407-401-9660 at least once a day, they hang up and leave no message.  Would like to know how to stop them from calling me.  It's annoying.

Just talked to a security rep at Level 3 communications at 1-720-888-0012. He can have you phone number removed from the calling list of 1-407-401-9660 !!

Sick and tired of the hang-up calls from 1-407-401-9660. How do you stop these calls when you are already on the "Do Not Call List" ??

Max is right it is from Level 3 but it apparently comes from one of their customers.  Im reporting to the FCC not the BBB. Get on a Do not call registry and after 31 days no one should call you unsolicited.  If they do so report them.  It works believe me.

Found Level 3 communications, they are a reseller of telephone lines (as I understand it). Call 800 348 5457 , option #2, and ask them to contact their customer to discontinue. I will call back in 2 days to follow up.

I have recieved this call a few times a week for the past 2 weeks if I get to it before they hang up, no one answers when I say hello.  I blocked the number from my cell phone and a new number came up 407-574-8430.  When I did a reverse search it says it is from a cell phone in Orlando Fl.

Got a call yesterday and two days ago from this number shown as unknown.  The first caller came calling me by my first name with a Miss in front of it, but did not respond when I asked whose calling.

The second caller said something about an RCI package.  He was not that articulate an the description of the package made no sense the way he presented it.  I told him I could not take advantage of it at the present time.  He said they would call back again.  I am check with RCI to find out if they are really doing a promotion

Calls and asks to speak to a household member.  They haven't been  home when they call, so they just say when can I call back.  I ask what they want and they hang up

Is there anything that can be done about these pesty calls? I am on a no call list and still get at lest 2 calls a day from these guys. Just not answering dose not seem to get the message across to them as I think we are all on a automated system. Dose anyone have some better ideas then just not calling or being on a no call list? These guys make me sick!

I have been receiving calls from this number for a while, but they call during my work hours, they never leave a message. This time they called, and I answered it, it sounded like a foreign lady who stated that she was out of Orlando, FL, and is calling about a package I paid for and have never used, I told her, I have no clue what she is talking about, she repeated herself (she sounded very professional, until...), then I said "I don't have a plan I paid for and never used, then she and some other people were hysterically laughing on the other end, and then I went to tell them to take my number off their call list, they hung up.

I too am on the do not call list.

Receiving calls from 407-401-9660

I started getting them after I booked a vacation at Disney World

I received call from this number, when I answered no one utterred a word.

This number is calling you because somewhere someone signed up for a free trip package. They try to get you to view property and give you a free vacation for doing so. Never sign up for anything using a cell phone number. Once you do, they got you.

Have been receiving calls on my cell for the past three day, as many as three times a day.  I did not answer call as I do not know anyone from Florida with this number.  I am on the do not call list, so this is very frustrating that I continue to receive unwanted/SPAM calls.

I received a call from this number today - she didn't realize I had picked up and was talking to her coworker about not abusing her breaks - when I told her I could hear her conversation she hung up on me....
