Called this a.m. at about 10. I answered "Hello" and didn't hear a response & was about to hang up when  woman replied some what rudely "Hello" when I said," Can I help you?" in a short matter of fact tone she just hung up! That aggravates me more than if it was a telemarketer calling! At least have the guts to say who you are & go into your pitch I will usually listen & then tell them "No thanks". But it irritates me when they just hang up it's just rude! I took the time out to answer at least tell me something, even if it's "Sorry wrong number". Ugh, so aggravating!

I keep receiving calls from them too.  Haven't picked up to speak with anyone yet.  I think one time I had a message from them stating something about a lawsuit.  It's obviously some sort of scam/telemarketer scum.  We should find an address for them and all take a ride over to visit their office one day ;)

does anyone know who this is that calls from this number 407-403-6783?  They do not leave a message and when i call back it says,  Thank you for calling the corporate office, no one can take your call at this time.

I few days ago I saw this number on Caller ID. I didn't call back.

Saw this number on my called id while on another call. Thank God I did not hang up to take the call after reading the info here.  The name on the caller ID shows Bourassa, A.

Same as above. Scam artists trying to get a leg in the door with their representatives selling 'energy-saving' services. When they couldn't get hold of my wife, they rudely hung up. We're on the national do-not-call list, so they have no problem breaking the law trying to drum up business. If they call, simply call the appropriate authorities and report them - they're handing out heavy fines of late for people doing this.

Thank you,  just received a miss call from them.  Called back and got a voice mail that said "Thank you for calling the corporate office, no one can take your call."  Will know what to say if and when they call back.

Telemarketing call - don't waste your time with these schmucks! They deceptively represent themselves as working for/with FP&L doing "an energy assessment to save you money". This is a cheap scam perpetrated to get their rep inside your home. Their phone rep got uncomfortable and rude when she was told that we're on the Nat'l DNC list t and to please not call again. Caller ID shows # belonging to A.Bourassa.
