I get calls from this one too. They leave a voice mail, because I will not pick it up. They are giving an account number and a certification for when they receive a return call. They say nothing is wrong with the credit card account, but they want to offer a lower interest rate. Yeah, right.

I stayed on the line for the next available operator - told them I am on the do not call list - they hung up. After the second call I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry - maybe they can stop them...

Called and did not leave a message, no info on caller ID.
Wish there was a way for me to make money when these types of calls come in. Fine call me, but each time you do I get a dollar.
