These shisters are playing the interest rate game. Making offers on credit cards. They can't help. They want to make a fee.

I too received one of these calls. I stayed on the line to speak to a representative. Anita ID#1009 (very rude) kept talking over me when I simply asked the name of the company and where they were located. Finally and reluctantly she told me the company's name was Interest Bearing and that they were in Florida. The purpose of the call was to lower interest rates on your credit cards. When I informed Anita that I was on the Do Not Call List, she couldn't hang up fast enough! I filed a complaint on the Do Not Call List's website. If you're reading this, I urge you to do so also!

407-412-8824 calls in violation of the FTC Do Not Call List. This is a CELLULAR number is issued by T MOBILE, General location: ORLANDO, FL area. A recorded message says to press one immediately to accept a minimum 12% decrease below your current interest rate;( it does not specify pertaining to what debt.) When I called the number back I was greeted by a recording of a recording, simulating a phone company message, stating that the line is disconnected.
