I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind spoofed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.

I find that I am getting great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their "reps". I have a phony name, credit card number, and security code that I use. The only legitimate number that I give them is the customer service number from a credit card that I no longer use since the card raised my rates.
I try to ask the criminals as many questions as possibe to keep them on the phone as long as I can. The scammers seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.

The guys behind this scam have a slew of corporations, many of them defunct. I searched using the name ?American Debt Negotiators? and found the name of the Registered Representative was a guy named RAN BARNEA, aca RAN DAVID BARNEA, aca DAVID R BARNEA. He is also listed as the president of a whole slew of other active corporations. Another guy is DANIEL T. POST. This stuff is all public record. Called me. did not answer since I did not recognize number. I don't answer phone numbers I don't recognize. Based upon prior comments I didn't miss anything

Don't answer calls from unknown numbers, just block them after they call. Caller ID listed Wireless Caller, and am on Do Not Call Registry.

Well, they called again... this has been going on for 2 years now. I wish the "law" (which I honestly think is useless) would do something about these scammers. I have received my 2nd and final notice from "Rachel"  since the beginning of this year. January 2012. I hear people say that if you answer the phone it gives them permission to call you, however I know that if you don't answer the phone they still call you. They call my house sometimes 3x a day. I have had them call me from Florida (which is where this number is from) as well as, Colorado, California, Oregon, and New York. I wish someone, somewhere would read this who can actually DO something about this and DO IT! They call and wake me up sometimes in the morning, they call 5m to 9pm, they call during dinner, they call at the time I get home from work. I AM SICK OF IT!!!!!!!! This is an invasion of my home!

I can either block the entire area code or don't pick up. I just don't pickup, problem solved.

Robocall from "Rachel with Cardholder Services" talking about my "eligibility to lower my credit card interest rates."  This is a scam.  Hang up.  Do not give these people the time of day.

I have been reporting each call like this to esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.html and the calls have been halted!
If everyone will do this same procedure using this URL then this stuff will stop. The FCC will fine the companies and user/abusers that will hit them in their pocket book and put people like this out of operation.

When you get one of these calls, press 1.  When they respond tell them, enthusiastically, that you're very interested and that you have five cards you'd like to have lower interest. If they say great (or something similar) tell them you'll go get the cards.  Just put the phone down and go about whatever you were doing.  After a while they'll eventually hang up.

This also works for collection agencies calling for a relative or someone with the same last name.  Tell them to hang on and you'll get the relatives number.  They'll eventually stop calling.

I received many calls from this number.  I actually pressed the # to speak to them.
I said take my number off your list.  The man proceeded to call me by my last name and say crude, disgusting things to me.

I wish they could receive punishment for harassment!!!

They are calling everybody and they are a scam that is being investigated by the Federal Trade commission. Your best bet is when they do call call the FTC and file a complaint, they are trying to put this company out of business, but what this company does is , as soon as one number s put out of business they spoof another number on their end with a computer and start calling again. So lets work together and get the info on this company and put them out of business.
The FTC number is 877-382-4357..... DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY  PERSONAL INFO ..... this company is a scam and they will swear and harass you to the end so lets use the FTC AND FCC to get them.
I have even gone as far as filing a local police report as well .
These guys need a boot to the head . They are chicken s*** people who hide behind the phone. They prey on elderly and so on, lets put them out of business before they can do any harm

Wireless caller, called twice in one day.  Robo/mechanical call about lowering interest rates and told me on the message if I wanted to "speak with a live operator" to call but left no number.  Normally I don't even dignify these fools by answering the phone but the next time I will...

Third call today from these theives and it's been going on for over three years now. Allways ask to be put on the Do Not Call List for which I am registered and then they hang up. Why does't our government do something about these people?

This number calls my house a few times a few times a week. I don't always answer since I don't know who it is. When I do answer its a recording about lowering our credit card interest so I just hang up. Last night they called me at 9:20p.m. so I waited till someone came on the phone. She said to me "Are you interested in lowering your credit card interest?" without giving her any info I said "No, I don't want you calling my home at 9:20 at night, my kids are in bed" she hung up on me. I tried to call the number back and got a recording that its a cell number that is no longer in  service. So this place is blocking numbers from calling in.

Is there anyway to stop this? any place to report this to that something will get done?
