I've been receiving calls from a man claiming to be an attorney trying to collect a dept for a payday loan I took out.  I have not received anything about an outstanding loan with the original lender but this guy is being very rude and threatening saying that they have an open case against me with the State Attorney.  Anyone else experience this before I don't know how to determine if it's legit or not.

I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING IT ALSO. I ASKED FOR THE PAPERWORK I WAS TOLD IT WAS A PAPERLESS SUIT. IM NOT SENDING MONEY TO A COMPANY I DONT KNOW. IF THEY SEND ME THE INFO AND I OWE I WILL PAY IT.

I received the same call and he as so rude to me .I actually recorded the call. The person said his name was Robin Smith and I refused to give my personal information he told me to be silent until he is finished talking. Very Rude, he then said he was an attorney and I called him a Debt Collector. HE screamed at me and said" How Dare I call him a Debt Collector you Bloody B***h!" OMG!
I was so out done,My co-worker grabs the phone and tells him that she heard it and the conversation was recorded and we hung up the call.

Also got a msg from this number, and introduced himself as from Federal Investigation Dept.

i did recived the same call very rude man sayin about some outstanding loans.....keeps calling me now nd den i was irritated by this so, At last field upp a complaint as a harrasing caler in B.B.B ( Better Bussiness Bureauh) as well in F.B.I Now M.R brown will knw the result of harrassing people ,,,,,,,plzzzz avoid this calls nd i alredy had ma attorny on a stand by nd he helped mee a lot ........plzzzzzz be AWARE from dis Fu****G CollecterS .......Mr.Brown Nw god will help you ..........-John

I received the same thing and the number belongs to a plaster company.  One number they called from was Movie phone.  don't even answer
