315-848-5546 calls every hour on the hour for  days  No message left on my machine and when i try to call it back i get recording telling me the number is not in service...

Sometimes people will use numbers as masks.  They don't actually call from the number shown on your CID.  That's why some call-backs will give the message that the number's no longer in service.

I now ask to speak to a person. When they answer, I give my full phone nu8mber and blow my police whistle as  loud as I can and say leave us alone. I'll keep on doing this as long as necessary. I refuse to get bent out of shape. This is now just a game to me.
  I do this with all spam calls if I am in the mood.

Sad state of affairs. These ********** call me every day, too, and like someone above, I get calls from both numbers.  There are other numbers that do scams as well, and it's gotten so that, like many of you, I'm sure, I have to use caller i.d. and also screen calls on my own home phone AND on my cell. I've changed cell numbers twice. It doesn't help. Unlisted doesn't help. Do No Call lists don't help.  Once upon a time we could answer our phones and talk to decent humans, and we could do business by phone without fear. Now we have to be careful talking to anyone at all.

When they call, I get recording stating they can lower your interest rates on your credit cards.  You have an option of pressing 1 or 3 and one of them is to speak to a customer service representative and the other is to be taken off their list.

I pressed the number to speak to someone and as soon as I told them I was on "The Do Not Call Registry List" they hung up on me.

If I call them back, I get a busy signal or "All circuits are busy now, please try your call again later"

They have called before when I wasn't home and my machine picks up and records part of the message and cuts off automatically.

I have filed a complaint with The Do Not Call Registry too.

When the caller ID shows V052313462400944 instead of an actual name you know it's a crap call.  I love when I'm home and these things come through since I'm using an old fashioned answering machine.  I turn the machine OFF when I get calls like this so the phone just rings & rings on their end.  They never anything that indicates they've dialed a real working number that way.

I have Selective Call Rejection (also known as Call Screening), from my local telephone company. Although it costs $7.00/month, it is well worth it.  I can screen up to 10 telephone numbers at a time, including private telephone numbers. I cannot screen 800 numbers, or numbers which state "out of area", without a known area code. It works effectively, as not only does this service block telemarketers, but it also blocks idiots, who will keep calling the same wrong number, as they are too lazy and cheap to contact directory assistance for the correct telephone number. One time, I actually picked up the phone and spoke to an irate caller who was trying to call her daughter in Australia (who actually had the same or similar telephone number, as I did). However, I told her (on her second try) to dial the International (Overseas) Operator. She did not like being corrected, and became even more irate. However, with Caller ID, and Selective Sall Screening, I no longer have to deal with the majority of these nuisance calls. However, I dread the upcoming Fall campaign, when numerous political calls will start once again!

We get a call from this number about once every couple of months.  Never a message on voice mail.    Caller ID says it's from Orlando, Florida.

The problem with the company (credit card services.. aka Rachael) is the FCC DID shut them down several years ago and they paid huge fines.  Now, they just set up shop outside the US and use fake caller id #'s when they call you.

The US can't touch them now.  I have heard they call upwards of 5 million numbers a day!

I keep getting calls from this company.  Even if I follow the directions and press 3 or 3#, as the message tells me, they keep calling back.  Last time they called, I pressed 1 to speak to a person about it.  The person that I spoke to was a pompous a..  He insulted me personally, my profession (a paramedic/fire fighter), and the fact that I was a veteran of the US Navy.  He refused to connect me to his supervisor.  He also mentioned that he was better than I was because he was a former Marine.

Rachel (who else) from Card Member Services suggesting I refinance my credit card, which I keep a 0 balance on. I have asked these people to remove me for years now, and they are relentless. Time for a class action lawsuit, folks. This has got to stop.

I have had 3 calls from this number and I pressed 1 to talk to a rep...when he answered the phone he said "credit card services - would you like to get in on our  3% option" ... I said NO I'd like to know who you are and what credit card company of mine you are with .... he hung up on me...I'm contacting the Florida and the Pennsylvania State Attorney General's offices and reporting them. Get calls from time to time, the message is the same about lowering your interest rate on credit cards and today I waited for a person to speak with and a man came on the other end of the line.  When I asked his name, he said something totally absurd and after I demanded to be taken off their call list, he hung up.  Wish someone would knock these fools off the back of their chairs, they are a total nuisance.

The scammers use a fake caller ID.  At one point the person listed above may have had that as his home phone #.

I've reported these idiots to the FCC!!!  I am on the DNC list and both myself and my husband have asked them numerous times to remove our number.  They didn't so we reported them.  So very sick of them constantly calling and waking my husband up.  The more people stand up to these people the sooner (hopefully) they'll get shut down
