I received several phone calls from an Officer Brandon Gabriele from the Federal Criminal Investigations also having the last 4 of my social security number.  He threatened to download my case and the police would come to my work and home to drag me behind barge as well.

I got a call from a summon Marshall 407-442-0210 claiming is I didn't pay him $700.00  I owed him he was tons come rap my girlfriend an f@@k me up, so I call an filed a police report and told him if he did he will leave in a body bag

This guy has two names he's using micheal manson, and anthony davis he called my cell phone number 15 times in a row..and the next day he called my home number.. i wonder where this person got my numbers..he stated that I owed 400.00 to a payday loan and he told me to wire him 825.00 so I wonuld not be arrested..then he said If i go to jail I would pay 4000 to get out...I dont understand how this fool think a person can be arrested to a debit.or who's going to send him money without asking questin....

I recieved mutiple calls from like 8 different numbers with these same people. Saying I owed a Cash N Advanced place money and I was going to be arrested and stuff if i didnt pay cuz its a fraud investigation. I filed a police report and printed all documentation out. So please anyone out there who gets any of these calls ignore them and do not give any of your information out or you will get screwed.

Mark Foster claimed that I recieved a $300.00 loan (which I never did) thru the internet, sometime back in Nov. 2011. Said that his company was goin to take me to court and get $4500.00 out of me for late payments and penality charges. When I told him I wasnt givin him anything, he then threatened me and my family, saying he would send someone over to kill us, or break some bones, if I didn't pay right away.
He also called last Friday 1/27/2012 and talked to my dad and gave him my full name, ssn#, and address (which is in violation of FDCPA laws) and also told him about what they could do in court. I want the calls from the number listed above stopped and an arrest made for the harrassment of me and my family.

i too have I received a very distubing call from a Mark McFoster harrasseing me at work saying i have lawsuit and if i dont pay he said, he will take me to court and go to jail and i will have a bad reputation in my name, and lose everything. I think it's part of an Identity theft

I received two threatening phone voice mails from Simon Marshall at the Federal Crimes Division.  He said I would go to jail and that he needed $100 and the fax I sent him.  The front desk was "James" and both of the individuals had foreign accents.  When I called back and asked form more information, Simon put me on hold indefinitely.

They call me on my cell and give the last 4 numbers of my ss# and say I will be arrested if I do not call them back or pay a debt I have never heard of. I hung up the first time. Then I called them back and yelled in there ear to not call my again. No more call?!?!?!?!?

I too hAve received a call from this number and the number does not work when you call back.  They called me at work. I want to report them.

been calling and harrasseing me at work saying i have lawsuit agaist social security fraude. I recieve no benefits nor do my children. the guy is using the name brandon gabriel. He has cussed out my assistant manager and store manager in indiana. He has been asked to stop calling and when doin this he progressively calls ever ten minutes. Just want him to stop. Does not call my house or ne thing else only at work. Have talked to a lawyer and it is scam. he informed me to call ss office to send red flag they will give u a number to call for scams and fraud to stop this. hard to reach human best if u use website.

I just called that number with my number blocked. I must had caught the guy off guard did not have the accent and said his name was Mark Fostor when I ask who this was.  If they call my job or my friend again. I am going called them and go off on him.

I got the same call today...from "John Edwards."  First he left a voice mail.  When I returned the call, the person who answered was the same person who had left the vm.  I asked for Mr. Edwards.  I was put on hold for about 10 seconds.  Then Mr. Edwards picked up--still the same person with a heavy indian accent.

The thing is that he actually called my supervisor at work and left the message.  Thankfully, he didn't buy it, so we called them back together and the number was not valid anymore.

From the sounds of it, this isn't going to be the last call I receive....CRAP!

These people are calling me about a debt I don't owe I am my tired of them calling me I con't know how or where they got my number from . I hjust wish they would stop calling me.

I to received a call from 407-442-0210. The man had a heavy Indian accent and said I was involved in a federal crime and if I didn't call back I'd be arrested.I did not respond. I did report this to my nephew who is a real FBI agent.

These people just called my Mother who is 78 years young and and told her they were going to put her is Jail for not repaying a loan that she did not get.  The person that called was Michael at Ext 3394 at this above number.  Then he called her a Mother F____ker!!!  This person also called me a work and told me the same thing.  This has got to stop.

The SOB called me a work with half of my ssn and a old bank number of mine and threatened to talk to my boss on my behalf little did he know i work for my dad. This is a total scam and i am tring to get the f^$%^& Caught.

I received a phone call which was recorded... from Simon Marshall with Federal Crime Investigation saying to call him at 407-442-0210 regarding the issue of a lawsuit with social security number or something and that if I don't call back, they will have a serious action against me.  

Of course this message disturbed me somewhat but I recognized that I do not have any bad reputation with anyone and don't know of anyone who's suing me so I looked up the phone number to find out many others received the similair call.    DO NOT CALL!   I DO NOT PLAN TO RETURN THE CALL EITHER!!   THE ONLY CALL I WILL MAKE IS TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.

i have had these people call me and ask for money and yell at me over the phone i hung up on them after i told them to call my attorney. which they refused to take the number down.  a few days went by and they called at home and left a message and then called work i answered the phone they asked for me i told them she was with someone and could not be distrubed (meaning me) and then immediately called the attorney and gave him the number and name i was given they have threatened me with jail among other things

They have called me and I work with law enforcement agencies. It is a scam so please no one give them your information. The thing to do is file a police report and let them know what is going on.

Hah this is too funny!!! Crazy person called with a heavy indian accent stating there is criminal complaints against my social security number and if I dont call them back the will arrest me. I have filed a police report under the first number the call me from 404-592-6626, the number they called from today is 407-442-0210. Here are 3 of their phony names: Kevin Foster, Jack Smith and Alex. Phony company is Criminal invesgation unit... When I start asking them questions such as whats your physical address, name of your supervisor and when I state I will have my lawyer call you they immeditally hang up. DO NOT pay anything to these people, just pray for them!!!

This company called my work 17 times yesterday for me leaving threatening messages even cussing my work secretary out of course work is getting pissed at me and even said if they don't stop they would fire me.

they called me saying that i have an outstanding balance and my account was turn over to
there company  to collect and if i did not give them the money that day that the cops
were comming to serve me papers.

I got a call on the way to work.  They said they were FBI agents and that his FBI number was W111.  That right there sounded bogus because my guess is FBI numbers start far higher than that.  They were rude and said I better listen to them. I wanted to get exact information from them to research it and he made is sound like I was going to jail in two hours.  It's no five hours later.  He said, "Well, if this wasn't real, then why would I know your information?' I said that's easy to access on the internet.  He rattled of my bank accont number and thankfully, I closed that account about three weeks ago.  But he kept going and said I better comply or else.  I owe him $300.  I called the police and they goggled and said right away they heard this number before and it's a scam.  I want these jerk wads caught and shut down.  If anyone knows a way to do this, I'd be in on locating them and prosecuting them or anything.  This needs to stop.

Not a valid complaint.  Also, there is NO such place as debtors prison-meaning you CANNOT EVER be arrested for failure to pay a debt.
