testcellulars.com is the site mentioned, and it takes you to samplerewardsonline.com
Definitely a scam !

Recieved am sms; Apple is looking for Iphone5 testers! The first 1000 users that go to Http://Celltestnkeep.com and enter code 1000 will get to test and keep a new iphone5.
I went to the net to see what the scam was cause apple does it's own testing and you can tell most scams just by the wording. I hope no one gets stung,but the world is full of niave people.

Feb 5th during Super Bowl got a text from 646-283-5515. Saying the same thing. Apple is always top secret about their products before release. There is no way they're going to release it to random testers when it hasn't even been pubicly released

Same come on '1st thousand get free Iphone 5" from 302 415 1959. Survey requested a lot of personal information. I have done legitimate research for large corporations and they did not collect information this way.

I also got that message! But the number is 917-373-8726 It looks like NY - It's the same exact message but the website is: www.iphone5tester.us and the code is 7777!
I went to that website and it looked "normal" but of course, too good to be true lol

mobiletestandkeep.com is in France, code # takes you to http://www.samplerewardsonline.com/
Which tries to get you to sign up and requires a bunch of purchases related to some sort of credit card.
