Three calls from this number to my Skype-based Plano TX number that rings on my PC in Malaysia.

To:'Kwitcherbellyakin' Thanks for your vigilant posts.  Seeing your efforts on many sites.  Google searches on these companies who call reveal different results when you include or remove the 1- from the number sequence.  Followed your link to White House petition today, 2 wks after your link here.  Unfortunately that petition has "expired." But I am SO-SO-SO thankful for your info on Panasonic phones and the call block feature.  I have added 8 in 2 days. Peace.

repeated calls from this number. continue to tell them not to call. that they can't be working for all the same credit card company. yet the continue to call.

Just received a call from this number with card services ID. Message about lowering interest rate. Too bad I do to have any credit cards! Typical spam and scam call. I let the answering machine pick up and not waste my time with these idiots!

Garbage call from a company that has been calling my home for over the past year. They use different numbers that I have attempted to block but there are too many, exceeds the limit of my home and provider systems. The past two months it has been almost daily during the week. The following is a partial list with dates and phone number as it shows up on caller ID. Obviously spoofed numbers.

When I receive a call from a new number I put it in my contacts list under Scum Suckers and assign it NO ring tone so at least after the first call they don't bother me anymore (I have filled all of the numbers in each and am up to Scum Sucker 47 now). Some phone companies will allow you to block a limited amount of numbers, this is only a whack-a-mole solution however it is the only one I can offer.

If you want to stop these calls then you need to dry up their revenue source. Your phone company is charging you a fee for caller ID. Your phone company pays the scammer for sending the caller ID information. Your phone company pays only a fraction of a cent per call and you pay $5 to $15 to your phone company. The scammers send out millions of calls per day which amounts to a significant amount of money however your phone company is charging a large amount to millions of customers. This may have something to do with their inability to stop these calls.
In order to stop this we need legislation making it illegal to charge for caller ID. If a phone service wishes to operate it would need to provide the caller ID at no charge as part of the service. Here is the $50,000 solution that the FCC is looking for and it doesn't cost anything. Here is an excellent blog site that I found that explains how one company is getting away with this activity.

They call daily despite pressing 3 and then speaking with someone to complain.   WHAT CAN I DO?

THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!!!  They call non-stop regardless of whether you're on the do-not-call list or not.  Asked them to stop calling repeatedly, but ot no avail.  They never stop.  I don't even have a credit card.  Wish these ppl would F*%# OFF!

This recorded message is a constant at our house; pressing 3 does not keep them from calling.  We too will report this as it is annoying harrasment.

Yet another in the long line of "Rachel from Card Services" scam numbers. I just reported this one to the DNC website as well.

You don't get it.  These calls are originating from overseas for the most part and they are spoofing caller ID numbers.  These are not legit companies, they are bands of high-tech scammers.  So quit your whining and DO something about it.  You think the FTC is sitting idly by?

Their main number is 312-506-0920 however you can't leave a message  but guess what, the CEO os Doug Lee, he is their CFO., Tony Hiller is the VP o Networks and Jim Brewer, he's the one for the Direct voice services.

I also have their personal cell phone numbers if they cancel this number.

If more people start calling these companies that sell these lines to abusers, maybe we can have a more peaceful world.

I love calls like this. You know why? I am on the do not call list and here in Ohio, we just take down the calls, the number, if they leave a message, we record it, if not, we live it on our phone, take a picture of the caller ID with this number. Then, when I have had enough calls, I report it to the FTC., The BBB and I will take them to court as here, we get paid for calls that you aren't suppose to receive. I have a friend that just put new windows in his house for over $12,000 as he continued to get calls like this, had an accurate detailed account of the calls and the times he told them not to call him again, they didn't listen and now he is the guy making the money!

Between Card Services and Rachel with Card Services, we receive these calls at least once or twice a week. It's a shame that there is nothing we can do.

Also, many of these calls originate outside the U.S. so they're beyond the jurisdiction of U.S. laws.

I have reported this number the fed DNC complaint web site.  I've been getting calls from "cardmember services" for a couple years now.  Violations of the fed DNC list have nothing to do with the Obama admin.  The FCC says there just isn't enough 'tooth' in the law and they're having a lot trouble enforcing it.  Some people blame Obama for any and every ridiculous thing.  The FCC has nothing to do with a particular presidential administration.  Congress passes the laws and either funds them or not.

I think we're all agreed, these calls are illegal. They're coming from a company called Strengthen Orlando I've reported them to the government but unless enough complaints are filed nothing will be done. So please contact the appropriate goverment service at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and report them.

Had a call from this number, was on my caller ID but nothing left on my answering machine. Am deleting as I do all these calls from the scumbags.
