Im from Montreal, Canada and i just receive a call with that number. Didnt answer 'cause it came from Florida, just googled it instead. Damn thats creepy

i just got a call from this # on my cell, i didn't answer. 407 is central florida - which is where i live. however, Embarq is just the phone company the caller subscribes to. it is not the company/person that is calling you.

i didnt get a call from this number, instead, i got an email sent to me, with the number in it.
this is what the email consisted of.

just got a call from the 4074774138... it was the fourth time they called today i didnt answer the phone since i did not know who it was. there was also no message left

This phone number called my son and insulted him because he turned down there offer. Her was Dulce Maria Vargas just to let you know if a crazy hispanic lady calls you from this number.

This lady called me and in spanish asked if to speak to Juan. I said yes this me, she said I am from the Hispanic help Center saying she could help me find a better job and stuff. I said I wasn't interested and she started insulting me because I was El Salvadorian. Then she kept calling me and I just didn't answer but it got really annoying so I answered again and asked for the manager and they said that they would stop. Then they called again I answered and just insulted them and hung up. Built up frustration let out.

Just got a call from 407-477-4138.  Didn't answer, no message.

this number just showed up on my phone. I picked up and said hello twice then i hung up. I refuse to wait on the phone for someone else to come on after 2 hello's. then i googled the # and saw this.

i guess if they do call back i should just play with them and tell them my name is "go f*** yourself" and see how long they last.

if someone is going to be calling my house and # they better know who they are calling

I got a call from this number but let it go to voicemail. After reading these posts I decided to just block it.

This evening was the first time I ever received a call from this number; I didn't answer it (it was on my cell phone).  I automatically googled it and arrived at this site here.  Does anyone know the source of the call?  Or is it just a scam looking for random victims?

Very odd. A man speaking in Spanish asked for "Pedro", when told it is a wrong number, they ask for my name. I replied "who do you want to talk to?" and they asked again for my name. I just hanged up.

Later I received the same call from a woman -also speaking spanish- using a different number ( 323 215 1249) with exactly the same strategy: asking for Pedro then asking my name when I told them they have the wrong number.

I don't know anyone at this number, so I never pick up the phone. They never leave a message.

I got the same message yesterday. It was creepy!!!! I'm glad to know it's not just me.

I got the same call and it just said Die. Weird!!!! It kind of creeped me out but it was a recording.

The caller is a guy speaking in Spanish.
Stranger: Can I speak to Carlos?
Me: you got the wrong number
Stranger: who does this number belong to?
Me: why do you want to know?
Stranger: So I can erase it from my system
Me: you dont need my name then you just need to erase it from your system becase there are nobody here with the name Carlos
Stranger: Yes, but what is your name?

Then I just hang up. He keeps calling every day for several days now. It is so annoying!!!

The phone calls are always in Spanish and from a woman.
She always asks who she is speaking to and tries to get information out of you.
Never gives her name, reason for calling and where is she is calling from.

Called in spanish she wanted my name, I asked
-  who do you want to speak with?
- You, what's yur name?
- You should know it since, you are the one calling.
- I have your number but not your name.
- Then you should not call if you dont know who do you want to talk to.
- I want to talk to you.
- And what's my name?

She got mad and hang up.
