I had this same thing happen to me.  She said her name was Samantha Anderson also.  I have filed a dispute with my credit card that was charged and changed all of my credit card numbers.  How do we alert others against this fraud??  We should be able to get these A-holes back!

507-540-0492 this is the number that calls us everyday - same company different number - same scam - we don't give them anything but a hard time.  Love the idea of calling them repeatedly ;)

This same thing happened to my mother for $995.00.  We have disputed it twice with Sears Mastercard and keep getting the dispute denied.  If anyone finds a way to beat this, please, please post.

Just like you, I've been victimized too by these scammers. Went thru the same process, talked to a representative first who sounded legit to me, asked for the accounts I wanted to lower the interest on, then asked for the last 4 digits of my SS#. Then got transferred to a financial advisor (Samantha Anderson) and went over the same process of giving her the acct. #, and for verification asked for the first 5 digits of my SS. Without even thinking I gave it to her, then she called one of the credit card companies and was talking about lowering my interest rate ( we were on 3 way), well she wasn't successful with that. Oh by the way they also recorded our conversation about a no cancellation fee BUT wil refund if no results in a month. anyway, at the end she told me she was sending me an email which I have to electronically sign, I never received the email so she said she wouldnsend it again, still now email. So our conversation ended with her calling me back the next day. So finally, thinking to myself, this doesn't sound right so I googled the phone# to find out that it was a scam. I felt so sick and stupid for falling into something like that. I called all credit card companies to report it and called one of the credit cards that they charged $1995. The next day I called them to cancel, of course they had me listen to our recorded message. I told them if I can't cancel, I want my refund then they gave me to somebody else, telling me I can't get my refund. I told them that I had called the credit card company to cancel, then I can hear panic in their voice. I did call the credit card company and we had a 3 way conversation again and they agreed to give me the refund but wanted to remove the dispute. This isndefinitely a lesson learned and now I don't even trust giving any numbers even to my credit card companies.

This company, Account Management Assistance aka Your Financial Ladder, phone #855-462-3833 & 407-462-4489, contacted me and told me that they could get all of my credit cards interest rates to 0% and save me approximately 13,000 dollars in interest.

In order to do this they needed my credit card numbers and like a fool I was conned into giving them 3 credit card numbers. They then told me that they were going to record the rest of the conversation. During the recorded conversation I was told that they were going to need 1998.00 dollars to get started. On Jan 30, 2012 they charged my MasterCard 700.00 dollars to Nova Financial Services in Kissimmee, FL  and on Feb 6, 2012 they charged my MasterCard an additional 1298.00 dollars to Nova Financial Consultants also in Kissimmee FL.

Originally I told them to wait before they did anything with my accounts and to call me back on  Fri, the 3rd of Feb 2012. They agreed to this and said they would call me back on the 3rd at 10:30 PST. I waited for the call and it never came in. I have tried several times over the past ten days to call the company back and was always told that my advisor was busy with another costumer and that she would call me bask as soon as she got off the line. I never received a call back.

When I finally got through on Feb 14, 2012 I talked to a supervisor  named Catherine and she insisted on transferring me to my advisor (Samantha Anderson), she actually kept talking in continuous verbiage to keep me from talking and transferred the call before I could tell her anything. When I got to Catherine, I told her that I wanted out of the process, but she told me that all she need was the rest of my credit card numbers and everything would be fine. I told her that I wanted the two charges on my credit card reversed. She told me that she didn't have the authority to do that. I asked to talk to someone who did have the authority.

She then transferred to a woman named Lei. She said that she was in the legal department and told me that if I did not cooperate and complete their process that their company would sue me for breaking a contract. At times she became very nasty with me. I told that I was a disabled veteran of the Korean War with disabling PTSD and that I was 80 year old and sometimes forgetful. She said that her husband was also a veteran and has more mental issues than me. All she told me is that I was breaking a contract and that they would sue me and ruin my credit for the rest of my life.

I told her to let me talk to the supervisor (Catherine). When I got to Catherine, she was also belligerent and would only talk about me conforming to what they wanted, the rest of my credit card information and that if I did not comply, they would take me to court and make my life miserable. I finally had more than I could take and I hung up on them, telling them to go ahead and sue me.

Scam
Report to your state's attorney general's office
and local news
I just about got taken myself
stop short of giving 3 digits from back of credit card
I am very cautious about these types of things
but they did about scam me
stated it was due to 'Landmark Reform Rate'
I looked that up on internet-nothing about lowering interest
rates-started getting suspicous
called my credit card co
we decided to cancel my card
they suggested I say to them 'take me off your call list'
when they did call back I did just that
they slammed the phone down after I said it 3 times
if they call back then they can get federal charges
with attorney general's office
I recommend filing compliant with FL atty general office
state they still called after being told
maybe that will get them shut down

I was stupid and took the deal giving them all my personal information. They claimed I could be refunded if I wasnt happy with their services. That is a lie. They are very rude and would not give me any information about their company and refused to refund my money. DO NOT DO WHAT I DID! Dont give them information!

My wife got nailed with the same BS from these clowns. After She realized it was scam,  She went and bought an ID theft protection plan for herself.  Has not been any kind of problem since.  Hope that helps. I tried getting hold of these people and they were scared.  My suggestion is to take action to protect your ID.  They seem to be in it for the easy victims.Good luck to you.

I got a call from someone who said they would lower my interest rates.  They asked for way to much infomation.  I gave my zip, phone#, last 4 of social.  Then they ask for my credit card #.  When I refused they asked if I wanted to speak to their superviser.  Then ask me if the credit I was in good standing with with my credit and if I had max. out the credit limits.  I called the BBB and will file a complaint.

They have gotten more professional  at what they do. They now give you a call back (855) number that appears to be active for 24 hours. They indicated they were in Orlando, Florida. They will talk to you with several of your live creditors. Nothing you can't do on your own. Do not give them any legitimate information. You put yourself at risk.

I was foolish to stay on the line over 30 min...gave them two credit card numbers but when they asked for the 3 digits on the back, I refused. They passed me to three people and did a conference call to macys when I was the only one talking. I finally hung up and havent answered phone. I will say they are very professional black female voices, Melissa and Randy,, supposedly. Said they were in Tennessee???

Prank Call
Yep, kept them online long enough for the phone company and authorities to get all of the information they need to trace their butts.  Gave 'em fake name, credit card information, and last 4-digits of a social security #, and had them desperately trying to validate made up information...LMAO...oh, were they scrambling to try and verify that the card information was valid...LMAO.  Then, when the phone company and authorities let me know that they had all that they needed...told Card Services "you can't verify the information b/c it's fake. I just kept you on the phone long enough for the phone company and authorities to track your butt."  Needless to say, they hung up!!!  WHY in the world world would I give any information to anyone calling who (1) are calling, first of all, (2) cannot identify their company name, (3) cannot provide a call back number, and (4) only provides a first name, which is a common name, like Cindy!!!  Well, Cindy, from "Rachel"...thanks for the laugh....LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
