I have been receiving 50+ calls a day from all over the US...even some that are from my area code (which turned out to be a free text/phone app). I have blocked the majority of numbers and reported the ones that were using an app but all seem to be either about me needing a lawyer or me being approved for a loan. When I made the mistake of answering,  I kindly asked him to stop calling and told him how anyone can look up their numbers to verify its a scam, which he replied that he was going to rape me and called me a bi***.  I have finally disabled my voicemail in hopes of them leaving me alone and I am now down to only 20+ calls a day...woohoo!! I am amazed that there is very little anyone can do about this.

Received several calls from this number with messages saying my loan was approved.  Guys name was John - they said I have to pay 350.00$ to receive the loan for 3000.00$ I check my bank account and nothing in there ... Please we need somebody help us the company name is cash loan USA (407)504-5017    

I have received over 50 phone calls and messages in the last 5 hours just today alone. Indian guy saying my loan was approved. Last month his messages were that he was suing me and needed lawyer to contact him. The month before I was approved for loan.

Beside this number I get calls from no Caller Id numbers and different states. ...It is driving me batty

We have been receiving calls from this 407-504-5017 number for weeks now Sometimes it say Orlando FL and sometimes it say Jacksonville, FL.  Caller is male with Very strong Indian accent.  Probably same guy as listed above. Also looks like same topic as listed by other calls, except he is trying to get to the minor children in our house (11yrs) old.  We have told him our son cannot get loans, etc. and then after every call it's FU, FU, FU, FU (FU = being the real words), until we hang up on him.
We have told him we will have him prosecuted and turned into the police, but he just saying FU, FU, FU. How do we stop these callers and get them prosecuted?

receiving phone calls for 3 days non stop. they even got my work phone #. threating that i owe money, stating they are from the attorney general office & the irs. They first stated i had a loan from bank of america, they gave me an account # and routing. they stated i had made 2 payments and hadnt paid anything since then. they wanted me to pay $300. they stated they would report me to the credit bureaus and ruin my credit. i called bofa no such account # exists and they stated this was a scam. heavy indian accent man calls. same person everytime. he asked how i charge. i told him he had the wrong # and keeps calling threating me. he asks me to provide my personal information. ******do not provide any information, this is a scam*****. i have already reported them to the FTC

Received several calls from this number with messages saying my loan was approved.  Guys name was John - heavy Indian accent. When I finally called the number he said that I had already received the loan and I had made a $250 payment to it, but now I owed $511.24 to clear the account or he was going to send it to collections and in 12 days it would hit my credit report and deduct 125 PT's from it.  He then said he could only give any information to my lawyer and wouldn't I rather just pay the $500 then $1000's to a lawyer.  When I called back pretending to want to pay he said I would have to buy a Green dot Money Pack (????) and call him back and then I would get a confirmation number and if my identity was ever stolen I wouldn't need to worry about it again.  Crazy! Definitely a scam.  He was yelling at me, calling me a deadbeat who didn't pay my bills and when I said I thought he was scamming me he yelled that I was the scammer because I refused to pay and he hung up on me.  

Received 10 calls from this number today.  Heavy Indian accent. Said my loan was approved. I told him I don't need a loan.  He said Yes. I told him to remove me from list. He said he wanted me. He then offered me 1000. for sex. I told him I was driving and to call me later (I did not want him to block the number) He said really, I hung up.  When I got home I told my husband about it.  I did receive several more calls after I got home but my husband did not get to my phone quick enough.  I am putting it in his hands or the hands of the police.

Heavy India accent. Said he was from Cash Advance,  I told him that Ivar never done business with them and never planned to do business with them and to please remove my name & number &never call again. He was very argumentive and said he would just keep calling. Asked for supervisor he said he was the supervisor.  Asked to speak to the person above him and he just kept saying, um um.  He finally hung up on me. Then my phone just started ringing, hangup, ring hangup

This number keep calling me idk y . I don't owe any money to this company
