My Brother in law and I both bought a package from a company that's supposedly now out of business in 2012--but a new company has supposedly taken over their existing contracts (this is also a lie so you are less likely to yell at them).  Number is now showing up as 0114075190746.  They keep calling trying to get more money out of us and add to, or "extend our vacation package" .  They called again today now saying that since we didn't book the vacation we paid for 18 months ago, we owe fees and other charges. I told them that we never even received the proper paperwork for what we initially paid for (was supposed to include a 2 for 1 flight) and that we had called Visa to try to get our money back initially since nobody at the company would return our calls, but the charge was through a third party so we were told we had to call the charging company AND THEY WOULD NEVER RETURN OUR CALLS EITHER.  I asked what number can I call them back at, and what was the name of the company.  She refused to give me a number and said that if I didn't resolve it over the phone with her now, they would exercise their right to charge for fees etc. owing since they have a recorded conversation that we agreed to terms and conditions of the offer.  I reminded her that the recording also shows that we were offered items we never received (and we have our own recording of the conversation as well) so I wanted her to send me something in writing to the email address they had on file.  I think we will call back Visa again and tell them we haven't been able to reach the charging company and try to get our original $500 back.  Thank you scumbags for driving me to action rather than cutting my losses and ignoring this.  THEY LIED TO US, STOLE OUR MONEY AND HAVE A SCAM PARTNER THAT PROCESSES THE TRANSACTIONS FOR THEM AND THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK.  Don't wait to contact your credit card and get this transaction reversed because they did not (and never will) give you what you were sold over the phone.

I encourage anyone who gets a call to contact your credit card company and change your card # immediately if they already got any money from you and demand they launch an investigation into the charge to get it refunded as soon as possible.  It doesn't matter what they sent you in the mail (if you actually got anything) because it's all a scam.

I too got a phone call from this number, saying that my account had expired and they needed  $798.00 to reactivate.  They said they were going to charge my credit card.  They would not give me an address to write to.  I have called the credit report companies and given them all the information and had a fraud alert put on all my credit cards.  Also call the federal trade commission (877-382-4357), and your attorney general of your state.  I was told if enough people called they could investigate the company.  All I could find out about the company is the name-Corporate travel, 1-407-519-0746, and they are located in Geneva, Fla.  If enough of us call we can put them out of business!!!

They asked my name and hung up. Have been called by this number daily for the past 2 weeks. I regularly check my credit report so will be aware of anything suspicious. Recommend others do the same.

Called telling me I owed for a travel I need to pay for or get reported.  Had my old address, which is scary.  I have not lived there in a very long time.  Finally was hung up on after asking more questions.  Called back the number and got a machine.  Told them I would report them to the police department.

Just got a call from the same Mr. Susi, employee # 6777, mentioned above, saying I had paid a $99 deposit for a vacation in 2011, but didn't take it, so I now owed 1398.

(Don't have caller ID, so I don't know the phone # calling; googled for "Mr. Susi" and found this thread.)

Saturday 04-12-14  I too received a call @ 10:01AM Pacific time from 407-519-0746.  The caller identified himself as calling from the legal division of Corporate Travel with the message that they are charging my credit card $800.00+ for not fulfilling travel arrangements from 2010.  I have received many of these calls in the past months.  Add my complaint to the 144 other complaints.  How many more complaints are there that are not registered?  This is the first time after numerous calls that  I actually registered a complaint.

I have the same complaint as everyone above, but am unwilling to just  ignore it.
Many thanks for the Florida Department of Aggriculture & Consumer Services contact number above.  They emailed me a complaint form to fill out, and provided a couple more GREAT agencies to file complaints of this nature:
1. Florida Attorney General's Office    850-414-3990
2. Federal Bureau of Investigations    855-324-7257
3. Florida Department of Aggriculture & Consumer Services  800-435-7352  also connects you to the Florida Do Not Call List, btw.
Be proactive!  When attacked, attack back.

04/01/2014 - Received a call from this number regarding fees for a cruise.  I have never booked or taken a cruise in my life and he threatened to sue me for money.  He did call me by name, but I did not catch his name--he also provided a partial credit card number that did not match any of mine.    When I told him to send me certified correspondence for the charges he is claiming, he started screaming at me and hung up. I called the number back and was greeted with a recording "Corporate Offices" -- I chose not to leave may return call contact information.  The behavior of this person was frightening--and will call my card companies to flag any charges for a cruise.

Same here -- said they are going to charge my credit card for $1200+ for a trip I authorized in 2011 but could give me no information otherwise but did have my name. Told them I was going to call my Attorney General's office and report them - they got irate, starting yelling at me, ask me if I got up on the wrong side of the bed, told me I could dispute the charge but it wouldn't matter because they had me on tape making the commitment.  Then told me to call the police or whomever I wanted and hung up. What a way to start a Saturday. WTH...

I received several calls today from some guy who spoke very clear English, but slurred his name. So I couldn't tell you what his name was. I asked him to call back after 5pm, as I was at work and very busy at that moment. He said that he was at work as well and that I had no choice but to talk to him. He indicated that I had a choice of either disputing the $1298 charge with my credit card company or I could take it as a loss.  He hung up on me, then called back several minutes later yelling at me saying that I should pay my bills. He then hung up. I am glad I found this forum. I thought that there may have been a chance that it was legit since we did do business with Special-T travel a few years ago. I called the number. An answering machine picked up. They identified themselves only as the corporate office and asked to leave a message. I'll just block this number.

I got a call from this number today (3/13/14) identifying the company as "Corporate Travel" and saying I purchased a cruise some time ago (she could not be exact) and she identified an address I lived at about eight years ago.  She said the 5-Destination Package cruise  was for 4 or 5 people (so I know I did not order that) and that it was going to only cost $498 as long as I took a timeshare tour, but that since I never took the timeshare tour and cruise, I now have a "Non-Contract Cancellation Fee" (whoever heard of that?) plus penalty fees that have accrued so I owe them $1398.00.  The woman said it was on a Visa card, but could not give me the identifying account number.  I hung up on the caller -- a "Ms. Cart" who had given me a Corporate ID Number of 2907.  She also said the phone number for Corporate Travel is 954-979-0137.  This is definitely some sort of scam.

I got a call yesterday from this number. Said my card was going to be charged for a previously authorized charge. I told them that I hadn't agreed to any such charge and asked the persons name and to speak with their manager. Refused to give their name and then spelled out my name and said it was their name and then just laughed at me. Told me I had no choice in the charge that it was going to happened no matter what. Today I checked my account and sure enough there was $409 and some change dented from my account yesterday.  Not sure what to do to get my money back.

These douche canoes probably got my number from a darn timeshare in FL a few years back - what despicable bottom dwelling puss lickers! It is sad to think that this scam has probably worked on some people. I have asked these butt monkeys both politely and rudely to take me off their calling list but clearly these puketards have no respect for the consumer or the law. I have filed this number with the FCC but nothing has come of it. At the very least I get to practice my ninja a$$h... skills on them when I get their call. They usually hang up on me but sometimes I can tell my insults hit them in their soulless and rotting core.

These "good people" called to inform me we "owed" $1200 on a time share vacation "opportunity" that we "purchased" at a cost of "$100-$400" several years ago. That because we failed to use it, and had not read the fine print they would be charging our credit card the $1200 IF I did not blah, blah, blah! Asked for a supervisor, he (a very rude, fast-talking male) said he did not have one...I hung up, and came to this site and found same stories, different date. Grrrr

this is the second call i have gotten from this number.  saying i put a down payment for travel in 2008 on a visa.  she gave me a different address not even near me but in the same state.  she laughed when i asked for a ss# to go along with this crazy purchase, she said "oh a ss# was too much to keep track of"  she said, " oh well if i am calling the wrong person i will just update my system."  as if it were not a big deal.

I have received two calls from this number claiming they want to help me resolve this issue.  They claim at in 2010 or before then I purchased a travel package for which I supposedly paid $498.00 which included 5 destinations.  That because I didn't use the package and didn't attend the time share sale meetings that I breached the terms and conditions of my agreement and I am now liable for $1598.00.  If I want to resolve this issue they can waive $700.  I only have to pay $798.00 and the package will be available for a lifetime.  No expiration.  If not they would charge my Amex $1598.00.  Well, guess what... I don't have an AMEX and they were unwilling to e-mail or fax me any information until AFTER I paid them.  SCAM!!!!

Same story here. Said I was charged in 2008 and owe $1,398. They gave package number and everything.  I asked gal, who gave name of Kimberlee Monroe, to replay "voice contract", she couldn't. I told her I would check my Visa records (which I do retain) and get back to her.

I'm getting the same phone calls from their "legal / collections" department.
We received a call from "Corporate Travel" billing us for a travel package we had made a down payment on in 2011 but hadn't used.  We were asked to pay $799 to extend the travel purchase or $1299 would be charged on my credit card to close out the account with no further obligation.  I argued that I had not paid Corporate Travel for any such travel nor had we signed an agreement obligating us to full payment whether or not we used the package.
