Mr. Ho how are you going to refer to this as a timeshare scam when from the way it appears from your comment you never paid any money, and are simply mad because you would have to.
I have a question when you go grocery shopping and the lady at the register hands you the bill to pay, do you say no way I'm not paying that, then run home and post on the internet about a grocery scam? Because quite frankly I am very offended as Mr. Stevens helped my family in a time of crisis and as time goes on I'm sure there will be more post with stories very similar to mine.

Timeshare rental scam.....more like timeshare Savior. There are so many .scams out there and I have .lost. thousands of dollars from these con-artist. John was the only person who actually seemed to care and took a little extra time out of each day to update me, and hold my hand through the whole process until I received my check. I am very curious Mr. Ho, how you could refer to John as a .scammer, did you pay him and not receive anything in return, or are you simply one of those close minded people that thinks unless we can do things the way I want them done, then they must be a scam?)

I as well received a call from this number, a gentleman by the name of John Stevens contacted me in regards to one of my property listings. He as well requested I submit $750 via western union to complete a rental of one of my properties. I was a little apprehensive at first, but all the paperwork checked out. However, I still did not get my hopes up as I had been down this path many a time before, but much to my suprise with in a week I had received the checks I was promised along with all the appropriate closings.
Thank You Mr. Stevens!!!!
