Worked as a Paralegal here for 2 years.. they are really not that bad if you dont get into any sort of trouble they wont bother you..

This is a law firm out of New York, they have an office in Florida and attorneys throughout the US.  They represented me in a domestic dispute ; Mr Lipowitz never showed up for any of the proceedings! He sent one of his puppets!!  They did get me off but charged ALOTTTTTTTTT

Some law office that filed a suit against me !!!  Had a judgement on my record and had no option they supposedly tried to contact me at my old address. isnt the post office supposed to update this stuff?!!?!

It a collection agancy for a payday loan. I recived the a SUMMONS of Complaint as well. It is about a paday loan, if your not gona call back, make sure they dont get a Judgment by default on you. They did the same to me. I had a payday loan for $380.00 that turned to a $1460 JUDGMENT! which is why these PAYDAY loans shoud be illegal! do not ever take out a payday loan!!! if you do pay it back right away!!

THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT AND THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO SUE (TRUST ME I KNOW). DONT ANSWER IF YOU DONT WANT TO, BUT THEY DONT NEED YOUR PERSONAL INFO...SINCE THEY ALREADY HAVE IT PROVIDED TO THEM BY WHATEVER PAYDAY LOAN AGENCY YOU WENT TO (EX ADVANCE AMERICA)!!!

They called me AFTER they garnished my wages!!! its JB & A a LAW FIRM

They are SCUM BAGS THAT TOOK GARNISHED MY WAGES FOR A $225 PAYDAY LOAN!!!!

I thought that this was junk but turns out these people are serious. I would suggest dealing with them before it gets worse, I thought it was nonsense but they turned out being legitimate. they were understanding though i gotta give them that. CALL THEM BACK they will find you.

Going to court can be intimidating, but you may not need to. If they are still in the threatening stage, then try to negotiate with them to settle the debt. If, however, the summons and complaint is an order from a judge for you to appear in his or her court, then DO IT. If the process is at all unclear to you I strongly urge you to contact an attorney in your area and spend an hour discussing your rights and obligations for this debt in your state. An attorney's time is not cheap, but may end up saving you a lot of money in the long run. Regarding your question about your credit report, the answer is yes, a judgment can appear on your credit report, and the results of which are very damaging to your FICO score.

they are complete a............ and payday loans should be ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its a complet scam what they do to ppl...and unfair..

I received a call from the same number. I ignored it, and 6 weeks later received a judgment (that was never sent to my CURRENT address. And now , I am paying back a $1100 for a $200 payday loan. If you get a call, call it back; if you pay document it!!! they are a collection agency with a lawyer that will sue you!! don't give them the satisfaction!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recived a NOTICE to APPEAR from Orang County Court  for a Lawsuite with this number attached to it? any idea who is this?
