I just received a call from this number offering me some Condo Stay in Newport Beach, CA.  The number is from Florida.  I hung up on them before I realized I'm on the DNC list.  I called back and the number came back as disconnected.

It also came up on my caller id cell phone as fraudulent call.  Odd.

just got a call from this number if you tell them you're calling your business then they have to not call you back if they do warning: again from a lawyer save that my lawyer is involved if you keep calling me that everytime you call me because being wise is a thousand dollar fine for each time that you call me

Folks, DO NOT put your # on the DO NOT CALL list..because when you do. You will get swarmed with unwarranted calls from anyone/anywhere. Because in the fine print of the DNCall list...it indicates that the government DOES sell our numbers to telemarketers and beyond. But that they will only sell them x amount of pages/x amount of numbers sold to said person buying them.

SO it's a scam no matter how you look at it. the do not call list is NOT for the benefit of the american people. It's for the benefit of those out to scam us.

change your # and put it on the do not call list and see how quickly and frequently your called!!

I screen every call these days. AND I add them to my phones contact list under SCAMMERS and I place the scammer contact on silence so those #'s never ring to my phone and they go straight to voicemail. Thus far I must have over 60 scammer #'s.

Got the same call on both of our cell phones.  Must be same woman - sounded like she was from India or some place in the far east.

Claimed to be from Microsoft, hung up on him. spoke with an accent.

Claimed to represent Direct Buy in Dallas, Tx...woman was difficult to understand...I ended up hanging up.

just got a call and they said they were from the philipines, but the clients were located in florida, they said they were telemarketing to find prospects for their clients, and when i kept asking more questions, of course they hung up

Called asking for the owner of our company. Very hard to understand. They are Kirtan calling out of Orlando, FL. Trying to get us to advertise through them (?) to homeowners....blah, blah, blah. Asked to have the owner call them back at an 877 number. Yeah RIGHT!
