Trying to find out who calls from this phone number.

i am so mad i got plenty of phone calls from this guy i know that i had not taking out any kind of loan but when he said cops coming to my house my mom said how much was it he told me 315 so she said pay i have giving him 100 dollars mofo want be getting s*** else wish i had this site before i lost my 100 dollars i got a lawyer now like to see him try now i have all the rude voice mail messages and stuff from him and fax documents to im so p****off

Warn your friends and coworkers and report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG, as appropriate.

I just got a messege on my mother inlaws phone from the same guy saying he is john mcclaine. he leaves a very nasty message that i am in big trouble if i dontcall him back. well i traced his phone number an found all these blogs against this man and i have never had a cash advance from this place. i too willbe looking into this matter as well as contacting an attorney to stop this guy.

i have been getting these calls at home and at work saying that i am big trouble. "John Mccain or Mcclaine is basically harrassing me at home and at work. I tried to report them to the better business bureau but came up short meaning no information is found.My boss basically had to intervene today because of this nonsense.What else can I do?

UPDATE!!!! Gotta chance to talk to the 'John McClain" die hard collector. Advised him of all violations of the FDCPA, requested business name and supervisor...his response was the company name=Financial Crime Businesses and refused a supervisor...'John McClain' became humbled throughout our conversation and finally hung up as I pointed out violation after violation..."'yipee kye ay mother f'er" Always remember one thing folks..it takes a debtor to be a good collector!!!

I am a real debt collector of more than 9yrs and I can tell you one thing - what they're doing is highly illegal per the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.  Check out the FDCPA via the internet. Also research your state laws that govern 3rd party collectors, if they are more strict they supersede the federal laws.. All complaints concerning this particular violator of the FDCPA should be directed to your states Attorney General's Office.

The collector also got so angry that he refused to transfer my husbands call to a supervisor and began cursing him out.  He also left a highly illegal voice mail stating that my husbands Social Security Number was under investigation and that he would be in "trouble" if he didn't return the phone call immediately!

In my husbands situation alone, there were countless violations.  The collector can be held liable for a thousand dollars per violation.  You can also sue the represented company for the actions of the collector.  EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US can pursue a claim against the COMPANY if anyone can actually IDENTIFY THE COMPANY THAT THIS MAN CLAIMS TO REPRESENT.

I am actively skip tracing this man and any information I discover, I will post it to this blog!

No collector with the right ethics would ever treat anyone the way that this man does.  I would be completely mortified if I ever thought that I had treated a debtor in this manner!  

RECORD ALL CONVERSATIONS WITH THIS MAN AND SAVE ALL VOICE MAILS,  WE ALL HAVE IRONCLAD CASES AGAINST THIS COLLECTOR AND THE COMPANY HE REPRESENTS!

Have received various phone calls from this John McClaine person saying that I have a debt of $700 with some advance payday loan and is claimed with lawsuit has been filed against me. I have been threatened that officers are going to come to and have me arrested. I would really like to catch these people

I received a call at my work the same thing - funny have never received any loans from this fast cash place- I told the Middle Eastern who claims to be John McClaine that he can call my lawyer - gave him his number and he yelled at me and told me that your lawyer can call me - I told him to call him and have a nice day good bye. Would really like to know who these people are

Also received a call from a John McClaine (Die Hard? Really??) who spoke with an Indian/Middle Eastern accent from a Law Investigation Department requesting to speak with one of my fellow employees. I could hear all kinds of chatter in the background, some in a language other than English. A poster on another forum stated that after speaking with his/her lawyer and the police, he/she determined that it's a scam.

I have been receiving telephone calls from this number and also my friends. They are telling me that I have a debt of over $600 with a Fast Cash USA. When ask for the number so I can call, they say they can't give it to me. They say I will have to come to a courthouse in New York. I live in Alabama. I have not made a cash advance and I know this is a fraud. They say it's the office of John McCain and they do not speak clear English.
