there are several call centers doing summerbay but one of the ones that is the most prodominate is run by a man named kiet luu who runs a room in sanford fl which is run on a teen challenge campus in sanford fl where drug addicts with felony records are forced to call people pitch vacation packages then act like "the director of promotions" pull your credit card then transport you to their 3rd party verofication who is this guys buddy and they push your cards through and then try to bump customers up by inticing them with more packages then you should receive a regestered mail package in 7-10 buisness days which puts you past cancellation times remember kiet luu and teen challenge sanford fl

to all those being scammed by summer bay resorts this scam is run by a man named kiet luu it is a phone room located on Teen Challenge Sanford FL which is a drug rehab with felons making these calls then felons process your credit cards this man is making all profit by using Teen Challenges tax exempt status this is im sure border line criminal all of his employees are students not getting paid and his "chartable donations" he gets back at the end of the year.so do not deal with summer bay resorts or kiet tuan luu and if you want your money back find him

I just received my third call from this company. The name of the company is Preferred Guest Resorts and the persons name was Tony Lawson. He was trying to sell me a 9 day vacation package which of course included a timeshare presentation. I kept telling him that I wasn't interested and I was not giving anybody my credit card information. He did know my name and told me they were associated with RCI. Finally he swore at me and hung up.

Also getting calls from this number; phone company does nothing, blocking does nothing. Calls most every day with recorded message "good bye"......does anyone have any info, why they do it, not trying to sell anything, just a major annoyance....

I called the number back and it was one of those auto-mated call pick up thingerss.. It was like "Due to the high influx of callers no agent is available to speak to you right now. But If you'd like to learn more about our vacation offers you can leave your name and a call back number and we will get back to you as soon as we can."

I got a call from this number asking if the owner of the home was here.. Being the oldest Child and NOT THE OWNER i said no. He said "Oh Okay" and hung up. I'm sick of being called from these numbers. It's just pissing me off. I've been called from places in Florida Twice this month.. I don't live in the USA.. I live in Canada. I don't see why they're calling HERE. There was lots of loud back round noise and it was VERY irritating seeing as I had finally gotten my baby brother to sleep and he is already quite the handful without being woken up and being cranky.

a guy from this number called me twice in a row, each time he asked for a different name.  I hung up on him both times.

Left no message. I didn't recognize the number so I don't pick up the phone. I get too many of these types of calls every week. I just let them ring.  Eventually, they give up.

How do you block the number?  Rogers wants a $5.00 monthly fee to block these numbers which irritates me because these are unsolicited calls.

Got a call from this number on Saturday, August 6/11.  He told me he reprsented RCI Vacations in Collingwood, Ontario.  I told him I was on a NO Call list.  He laughed.  Told him to take me off his list and then he became abusive.  I did some research on the number and found out that this company is located in Florida by the name of:  Vacation Link of Florida Inc., 291 Southall Lane, Suite 102, Maitland, Florida.

I went on line to the Attorney General's website and filled in a complaint form for this company.  Hopefully others will do the same to stop these companies from scamming you.

Received call from Ken (am on national do not call list), he claimed to be working with RCI and they are
giving me a free 8 day vacation premier package. Orlando, daytona Beach and Cancun. I kept asking him what do I have to do to get this package, he did not ask for anything. His company showed on caller ID as Preferred Guest Resorts.

After two minutes, I needed to put a stop to this and told him, I do not deal with companies which call even when I am on the national do not call list, I asked him never to call my phone number again. He promptly hung up.

I am reminding  people what my timeshare management companies told me. No upfront fees/deposits to market/sell your timeshare, use a broker and they only get paid when they sell your timeshare. For travel deals with upfront fees/deposits, check with Better Business Bureau, try to get details in writing before you pay , check internet, etc.

I have been called at all hours of the day and night from the following number that shows on my call display as: V805519143700044 and the Telephone number shows as: 1-407-618-0671 A man sometimes leaves a message saying "My name is David Wilson I have a business matter on my desk that needs your urgent attention." He says call me at 1-877-717-2571 ext# 7903 Qoute Reference # G0M242. When you call the number early in the morning a voicemail says NCI Collection. If you call mid-day someone answers with heavy breathing then hangs up. We get 20-40 calls a day from this number! This is very sick! This has to stop. We can not get any rest. How do we STOP these scamers to stop harassing us!!! HELP!

The call costs you nothing.

Unfortunate experience with California Vacation Holding Goup (800-656-2780 or 866-280-3120)  Tried to cancel vacation package for River Pointe, Nappa Valley and was told no one was there and I would have to call Monday which will be past the stated 7 day cancellation agreement. Charged me more than what was stated. After review of package on line $457.00 vs $$355.00.This is a scam.

Got the call today @ 9:00 am this morning.. the guy on the other line was soo loud.. I knew this was a Florida number as we get these annoying timeshare calls all the time.

The guy lied and said he was with RCI a timeshare company.  We knew it was a scam as RCI does not have a number with us, only an email address.  

The guy asked for my hubby by name and said he was not in the room and the ***hole hung up!  These people tick me off as they call all the time day/night.  

Added the number to the blocked list along with 6 other 407 numbers but seriously is there anyway these people can be stopped calling Canadians.  

Oh and our 'Do not call list' is a joke.  We had our unlisted number on it, and now we get more calls from the states then ever before.. our name, number and address were sold..  beware!

If you're talking about Bell's Call Screen service, I've found there are many cases where it won't allow you to enter the number directly, but if you can add it immediately (i.e. it's the last call you received), you can use the #01# function and get it added.  Ty it and good luck.  This indeed is a scammer who calls repeatedly, won't take no for an answer and deserves to be on the "black hole" list!

Received a call at 11am today.  Very politely asked him to remove me from his list and he replied that he would phone me some other time.  I said No, remove me from your list please.  He shouted NO at me and hung up.

Free trip... Lucky me...... Just told them that is my cell and I'm a 18 years old without a passport.  The nice voice change to....

Some idiot called from this number today at 2:59 PM , I could hear in the background all the call takers but the morron on the phone decided that it was more fun to make cat noises, I told him were to go and hope they don't call again or they'll get a peace of my mind
