I was browsing through the the net it came up  5 messages await me when i click on it only to see i win a three thousand dollar vacation spree icall and spoke to some guy damian cruise did beleive it and only after i  goggle up the company to see this negative stuff phone number 1-800-972-8219 or 1-407-260-3620

WOW. is all I have to say.  Just got off the phone with a representative named Bert, who then escalated me to his SUPERVISOR.  Totally ridiculous, combative, unprofessional, got very agitated when I said I looked them up and do not trust their company (based on this website- thank you!) PREFERRED GUEST RESORTS, GO SCREW YOURSELF!!!!

Repeat:  Complaining on this site will not stop the phone calls or get your money back.  If you are not prepared to do anything, the scam and the phone calls will continue.  It takes very little effort to take action, so do it now.

Got a online " You have won a $3000 holiday package" while playing Mahjong at freegames. Called the "Sydney" australia number, but it puts me through to the U.S. Spoke to "Mary Prince". She rattled on about this special deal and how lucky I was, but when she asked for my contact number I didnt give it and quickly Googled the company and found this page. Told her i was gunna hang up as I didn't believe her, and she told me "What Ever" LoL...

recieve a call from them.i recognize this number. this people will sell you a vacation package that's a rip off. be aware. please tell as many people that this is a SCAM SCAM SCAM...

keep getting called by this number.  Sometimes three times/day.  Really a problem now!  How can I get them to stop calling?

Check the better business bureau site.  I did a couple years ago and then emailed them to stop my vacation package and alert them that their BBB logo on their site isn't correct.  Summer Bay Resorts (Partnership) is NOT accredited by the BBB.  They have an "F" rating!!!  Please feel free to check this out and BEWARE they are NOT what they say they are!

Received about 4 phone calls a day from this number and I finally called Summerbay resort and asked how to get removed from their call list and they transfered me over to a different department and gave them my number and the calls stopped. This is the number I called to get removed 1-888-782-9847.

They kept calling me even though I told them that I am not interested in any offering they are offering. So I registered my number with the government's  " DO NOT CALL" website to stop them from calling me. Hope that the government will stop them from calling.

I paid once and never used the certificate... Now they are hounding me for an extension for "ONLY" another $99.00 and I've asked them several (many) times to quit calling I am NOT interested.

Do not call again without leaving message...

Thanks for all the info! I picked up the call without answering, they said my name and hung up since I didn't answer. Hopefully they'll just stop! Grr >:( I almost bought a package from them about 2 yrs ago and didn't even make a first payment because it seemed like a scam. Pick up and don't answer their calls, they'll get annoyed and eventually stop! :)

I got this call like few time a say and 1 to2 times a week. there were few time i picked up and no one answer so i think it a scam....plus i'm not going to waste my minutes picking up useless scam call. Thank goodness my phone has a auto-reject call list therefore any call from this number will be automatically rejected.

I also got a call from the same number ask for me...in which i denial it and ask who is call for...and the person whose a male hang up....wat an assh***...... i hope these people get hit by lightening or something borthering people and wasting our minutes.

Just got a call from this number (407) 670- 0541.  Today was told he is calling from Preferred Guest Resorts.  I demanded his number and he gave his number (407) 477-3343 which is a bogus number because it is out of service when I called.

Also demanded to know how he got my number. He said his company got it from RCI.  Hung up on me when I asked for his supervisor.  He said obviously I have some issues and will call back another time.  No kidding I have issues eh?  Get lots of these calls to sell my useless timeshare.

Top it off the my time share company sends out e-mails to warn its customers of unscrupolous scam companies offering to re-sell their use-less timeshare.  Yet how would these bogus callers have gotten my information if it wasn't shared with them?!

They just called me and I was wondering who it was. I did pick it up, but it was so loud I couldn't understand what they were saying. So after a couple times trying to get the guy to speak up, I hanged up and searched Google.

Two calls from 1-407-670-0541.

One call last night at 7:10pm and one just this afternoon at 2:42pm. It rings just long enough for me to grab the phone, but hangs up before I answer. No message left and only a voice mail when I call back. I have never use Summer Bay's services. If this is a telemarketing attempt it's weak at best.

Same thing about a confirmation for a travel pack. Take care with this number.

They just called me at 8:45 pm and no message. I see above someone said it was Summer Bay and yes, I have bought a vacation package from them, so now know who called.
My vacation package ends this month so that is why they are callling. I have spoken with them this month. I just question why they are calling so late on a Friday night with no return number. I have been on one trip in the Ft. Lauderdale area. and I thought it was on the beach but it wasn't.
They moved me to a Howard Johnson on the beach and of course it was not luxurious, but at least on the beach. The other wasn't even close to the beach and was acceptable but nothing great. I have not been on any of the other trips. I guess I will just lose the rest of the money spent instead of adding more money for more trips. I did not go on the rest of the trips in the allotted time period so that is my fault. But the quality of the other places is what I question and whether there is any scams involved. Probably c level properties.Yes, it is timeshare properties, but I knew that before I went. Has anyone else been on any of the other trips? I have not been to Summer Bay but saw pictures on the website that looked okay.
