Received two missed messages from this particular number along with 5 other numbers.  Did not respond to any of these jokers and deleted all messages.

This number calls my cellphone everyday for over a week now. I had planned to call them on my landline and ask that my cell be removed but guess that will not work if it is a robocall, so will attempt the nomorobo.com and also check for app to block calls. So annoying!

I am amazed at how many peeps still write in declaring thier status on DNC list, why they do not understand that these people are breaking the law and the DNC is not even a blip on thier radar.

DNC can only go after legal businesses that have and use legal phone numbers and addresses, we just have to keep each other informed block them when we can, (it does annoy them to have to start all over with new numbers) and get the Government to shut down services that supply spoofed numbers.

Just bought tickets on Priceline for Florida. Now the calls start for Florida vacations. Coincidence? They call from 407 area code with different numbers. 407-514-4387 and 407-737-8947 so far.

I got a call from this number yesterday on my cell.  I cannot tell you how much I HATE these telemarketing calls to my cell.  My brother is in the military and is currently deployed.  When he calls me, it is from a satellite phone and the number that shows up on the caller ID is usually an unfamiliar out of state number and is always different.  I answer every call that comes through whether I know the number or not, so you can imagine how frustrating it is to hear a recorded message about lowering my interest rates!  I have never owed a dime of interest on my credit cards so why would I care about the interest rate??!!!  I hate these people.

Called this am with no voice mail when not answered. Thanks to these posts, it is now blocked. Love the new call blocking feature on iOS 7. It was about time!

Received a call no message left

Caller left message and just said the number 635 and hung up!  I have since blocked the number in my cellphone!

Call from 407-737-8947. Missed the call. Called the number back and got a recording that the number had been disconnected.  I get calls periodically from this number and have no idea who it is or why they are calling as they don't leave a message.  I'm sure it is a scam or some type of solication which I shouldn't be getting since I'm on a do not call list.

They use a disconnected number to appear on your caller ID. This is not the number you are calling from. There are many ways to fake the name and number that appear on caller IDs

These are robocalls. Computers call every possible number combination. You can't stop them with the do-not-call list. All you can do is block. There are several free apps for cell phones for blocking calls. Just keep adding the numbers to your blacklist as they come in. There is nothing else you can do.

I have received numerous calls from this number.  I have never answered the call.  A pre-recorded message is always left on my voicemail referencing a claim number.  I have never returned the call.

Had several calls from this #. Tried to call to see who it was and got a rapid busy signal. They have called me 6 times in the past 2 weeks.

I get a call from this number everyday, have not answered it , they don't leave a message, I looked it up on reverse call wants me to pay to see who it is, I do think it is a scam. how can I report this, anyone know? it is sooo annoying.

Since a number of posters want to know, here is how you deal with this number. It is the same for any Unsolicited call you receive when your number is on the Do Not Call list. You must do the basic research. Use this Web site and others, such as whocallsme.com. Sometimes, but NOT always, clicking on the "Reverse Lookup" link gives great info.

After doing research, REPORT THEM on the FTC's DNC Reporting Web page. Just give them facts -- if you do not know something or do not know much, use the COMMENTS area. If you do not know the company, simply enter "See Comments". Tell the FTC that various reputable Internet sites show the caller as a possible telemarketer. Let them figure it out. They will use the same Web sites. They have the ability to TRACE THE CALL and Determine the REAL Owner. EVERY call made to a number on the DNC list is a $10,000 fine. You know the Federal Gov't. wants money, and they WILL aggressively pursue the owner and confiscate their bank accounts.

Do that a number of times to possible or known telemarketers, and calls to your number will cease. At least for a good amount of time, before you have to do it all over again.

In the case of this number, it was probably a number owned by someone who is deceased or they gave it up. That means the online database info is probably out-of-date. As for the name "Tom Morris", it is probably an alias.

BTW, if you have a "Pay As You Go" type cell phone you have two choices. First is to learn how to use another line to call your number and retrieve your Voice Mails. Have something to make notes. Write down all the info -- date, time, number that called, etc. -- to make the report. You can use a Pay Phone -- if you can find one -- or have a friend that will let you use their landline. Second choice is to use up your time to retrieve your Voice Mails, so learn how to write fast and accurate.

For my call, they left a cryptic voice mail that says your claim # is 635. The idea is to get you to call back. If a recording states it is disconnected, you have probably reached computerized equipment that give the B.S. message and they log your number as good. They will call again and probably sell it to other telemarketers. I NEVER answer calls I do not know.

The DNC call list is designed to stop legitimate businesses from calling. Criminals don't care & are hard to trace.

Msg on cell phone "35".  Blocked the # and deleted the worthless msg.

iPhone 5 you can now block callers

Robo call from caller ID showing Diann Manworing.  Others have reported that this number belongs to  5543 Bonita Rd Orlando FL 32822-7127 name Dale Manworing 9064.  Google Maps street view shows a guard at the entrance to a trailer park.  What a surprise!

Got a call from 407-737-8947 on Saturday morning. My phone is blocked by Verizon but I can still see who calls on their web site.

Go to nomorobo.com and follow their instructions to link up with your phone. You have to go to their web site and your phone providers web site. It only will block robo calls but, hopefully, it will cut down the amount you get. Good luck and let other sites know about this. Thanks...

Rang once and hung up before I even had time to look at the phone (yes, a cell phone) to see who was calling. I've had several of these from the 407 area code, but a different number each time.

This # has repeatedly called all week, leaves no message. Do Not Call List does not work, don't waste you time.
