Ok folks, pay attention, that is a real number for Chase Card Services located in Orlando.  If you are not comfortable giving your information out to that number, call the phone number on the back of your card, it will take you to customer service who will then send you to the proper department.  If Chase is calling you 99% of the time it's because your bill is past due.  If you don't believe it, go on Chase.com and sign your card up and look it up yourself.  Don't take it out on the hard working people who are merely trying to help you...and I can assure you that for the most part our people in my department are very helpful.  

Do yourself a favor read your card member agreement, you should have done that before signing up for any credit card.  If you don't like late fees, purchase interest charges, pay your bill.

If you didn't receive a statement, let us know, we will resend one out to you.

No, I am not a Chase loyal bank employee in the sense of defending them for everything that they have ever done wrong.  What I do know is that due to the economy this is where I work and therefore I will do my best to work with you, even  if you choose to be nasty to me because you simply haven't read your card member agreement.

Your information is misleading and incorrect.  If you call us back and your account does not auto-populate with your account information we will ask for the 16 digit account number on your card or your social or a phone number associated with your account.  If you ask me for my standard ID I will give you that and you can look me up.

Same, got a call from a guy named stewart. He hung up when I asked too many questions. I immediatly called the number back and the same guy promptly answered and claimed he did not remember speaking with me even though he had just hung up. Its a scam and to top it off the person they were even trying to reach hasnt lived with me in well over 8 years.Anyone claiming this is a legit number obviously is working for the people calling from this number. Hang up, call the number on your card, and they will confirm it was not a legit chase employee contacting you. 407-771-0964

Get at least 5 calls from this number everyday!!! Finally called chase card services and spoke with a rep who told me that it was definitely fraudulent. So no, don't answer and don't provide any information.

Says they are from Chase trying to collect a debt but they aren't. This is NOT a Chase phone number. They ask for Social Security and your credit card numbers, information they would NEVER ask for over the phone if they were legit. Don't give them any of your information. After the 4th or 5th call today (and they've called me in the past as well) I blocked the number. First time today I answered but there was nobody on the other end. After the call I Googled the number and recalled that I've looked up this number before when they've called me and found out it was a fake call.

These people call me several times every day starting 1st thing in the morning.  Caller ID says " BOCS"

Like all the other posts, I just keep getting "missed call" and refuse to answer the call.  I did receive a call from Chase from an "888" number asking for a different person.  I called that number back and informed them I am NOT the person they are looking for...they seemed glad that I called to let them know they are calling the wrong number.

This person at the above noted number however, just likes to use up a person's minutes and I'm getting pretty tired of it.  My suggestion to others is that you register on the "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" and note this number as one you do not want calls from.  This is a government registry and I have used them on numerous occasions to report such abusive calls...IT REALLY WORKS!!!

407-771-0964 calls me four to six times daily starting early in the morning, ending late at night.  STOP!!!

These people keep calling us as well, but never leave a message.  All our Chase accounts are current, so this is really getting to be a pain in the a***.

Recieved 2 calls from this number today. One VM was left by a woman named Latoya and told me to call 800-808-1923 about my chase card. I went onto my account and saw thre were absolutely NO problems with any of my accounts. Called the customer service number on the back of my card. They verified there were no problems with my card and that BOTH of the numbers were NOT chase affiliated phone numbers.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THIS NUMBER. DO NOT CALL THE 800 NUMBER BACK.

Have been getting calls from this number for nearly a month. I never answer they left one message once and they did know my name and said they were with chase bank but I don't belive it. Twice a day every day it is so annoying. Very frustrating I can't block a number

Caller is unidentified - claims to be Chase- woould like to see Chase itself make a statement about this

after receiving upwards of 7 calls a day for 2 weeks they finally left a voicemail claiming to be chase cardmember services. so, i called the REAL chase card member services and they told me this is definitely a scam! do not reply to the phone call and definitely do not give them your information

I have a new cell and number and have only given it to a few people. I got a call from this number at 9:48 pm Florida time. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer it. I did not give them my number.

This is a REAL Chase card services number.

They called my home phone about my bill. My payment was a few days late.
The gentleman never asked for my SS#.
In fact he gave me my personal information (amount of payment sent) and asked if it was indeed correct.

This phone number shows up on my caller ID several times per day, but never leaves a message.  IT IS SPAM AND DON'T GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION!!!!!!!  I have answered before and they always ask for my personal information, which they should have if it is ligit.

They say they are with Chase... Verified with Bank... no record.....Spam....calls

I work for chase and even I get calls from this number. Its definitely a scam; I called them twice and the first thing they ask is for your acct. Number or social security--chase NEVER asks their customers for that over phone or email. I told them i work for chase and know chase never would ask for that and the lady got very defensive immediately. I hung up and had an idea; every chase employee is given a number called a standard ID, which we can share amongst employees at will. I called back and asked for the lady's standard ID to look up her dept., to which she got very defensive aagain and said she 'can't share that info'. TOTAL SCAM. Don't give them your info.

DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!! It is a spam call , people pretending to be chase card services telling me my bill is late then asking for my card number and social security number. If it was chase they already have my card number and I should only have to verify the last 4 digits....

the people who are saying this is chase card services are obviously spamming these message boards as well. dont call back and dont give them your information

I read on another message board about this number that it is actually a spammer pretending to be Chase who will then ask for your SS# and info. BEWARE giving personal info to a caller who solicits you.

Not sure who is calling but I'm betting if they did their homework it isn't for me.....
