Do NOT answer calls from unknown numbers.  You are only confirming that yours is a real number.  The robo-dialer (and these illegal telemarketers / scammers) do not care if you are registered on the do not call list.  They are crooks!  

Do not answer.  If you do answer, hang up quickly.  Press no number to 'be removed from their list' or to 'speak to a representative.'  Last, but not least, report ALL scam calls like this to http://www.donotcall.gov.

I have answered the last 2 calls with "Do Not Call Headquarters (or office)" They hang up fast.

That only works if you have a call-blocking phone.

You select the number. Hit the save button. It will give you two choices. one of them is block number. Select block number. Done.

Taped message starting "Let the memories begin." I punched one, got an operator, told her she was being reported to DNC, and hung up. As recommended elsewhere on this board, I include in my complaint filing with DNC the URL to this page. That gives those people at DNC ? assuming they do anything at all ? all the information you people have provided as well.

Tip: when submitting a URL to DNC, go to http://bit.ly and shorten it there. As a side benefit, Bit.ly keeps a record (on your personal "Stats" page) of how many times and when that short-URL was accessed. This in turn allows you to check that DNC is actually doing their job.

They keep calling me without leaving a message.  Then when I called it, it said the call could not be completed as dialed.  Whoever this is, STOP CALLING ME!!!

If it was a call from Disney Co. they would not hang-up on you or anything else. The best way to stop this is get your local phone company to not let them do this. Getting ready to give my land line phone because of this stupid calls.

Picking up unknown calls from this area code or picking up strange calls from other area codes would be a dumb move to make. It's better to ignore it, block it and hope that the caller rots and fails miserably.

Report all scam calls like this to www.donotcall.gov.

Block the number if you have that capability.  If not, add it to your phone's address book under SCAM so that you do not bother answering it again.  This will save you a little bit of aggravation.

Received a call from them today at 5pm, did not pick up. They also called YESTERDAY at 5pm about a trip to Disneyland using the phone number 321-436-2210. Reporting to the FCC.

Continues to call and hang up or if you answer, no one is there...

I looked at my Caller I.D., didn't recognize the number and didn't pick up. There was no message.

Really enjoying these a***oles calling and letting the phone ring only once or twice... at least if I could answer it, I could cuss them out.
It is a spoofed number, because I've already tried calling it back and just give a recorded error message "wrong number or code".. so you can't even call and harass them back.
If anyone gets some info on these idiots.. post it here so those of us who will use it, CAN use it.

Hello Annoyed. Please read my post above this one. In addition to that, this is an Election year. Many of the spammers/scammers have political clout. The DNC list is going to be worthless until about a year after the President is settled and all the political favors have been given out. Then they may act. If they feel like it.

Caller ID is one of the best weapons to use against scammers. I turned my answering machine off and if I'm able I check caller ID while it's ringing. If it's a friend I answer, if I don't recognize the number I let it stop ringing, check the number on Google and if warranted I block it.

Scammers posing as Walt Disney World with a bogus Caller Id of WDW Cellular.  Same types of pond scum who do Card Services.

"WDW Cellular" indicated on caller-id. Did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Yep, 407.832.2201 WDW Cellular calls twice a day in CA; this last time 5:50pm pst I just answered with (shouting) DON'T CALL AGAIN!

This number WDW Cellular has called 5 times this month. Always while I was at work, no message. This time I answered and got a hang up! Annoying! On DNC registry, of course.

1-407-832-2201 has phoned me every day for weeks, and I always selection option 2 to be removed from the call list.  After a couple weeks, I assumed that wasn't working, so pressed 1 to speak to a representative.  After 60 seconds of dead air, the robocaller hangs up.

Dear Disney ... I would consider going back to WDW at some point.  If you keep pissing me off with your BS robocalls, then I will take my business to Universal Studios or something similar.
