None of that information is for Monument Health Group. Their calls are opt-in, meaning YOU gave our your phone number, probably on an online form for health insurance, and you didn't read the fine print. If you simply answer when they call and ask to be put on their Do Not Call list, they absolutely will. If you ask them to do this and they call again, the agent who called you is either an a***ole or didn't put you on that list because you were an a***ole to them.

More of a pain in the butt is whining about it and threatening these "skumbags" to call THEM. These sales agents makes hundreds of phone calls per day. Believe me, the most you'd be doing is giving them a good laugh. Just ask them to stop calling. If you're not going to be buying anything from them, you're a waste of time anyway.

Have been getting these for over a year now....

Got a call today from Starnet inc stating i owed money and they were going to file papers on friday against me in civil court. And I should get a lawyer, not real sure but am thinking about getting a lawyer just in case.

It is imperative we band together against these idiots.  The person that always calls me uses 15 different phone numbers, the same guy from India, caller Id's are from overseas and all across the USA.  Gather as much info as you can including recordings if you can get them and then make complaints to the Attorney General, FBI, FCC, FTC,BBB, Your Congressmen and Senators.  Post a note if I have left out an agency.

And then make up stupid stories.  The current one I am answering with is why are you stalking a dead person and give a fake name for myself.  My caller is Andrew Johnson and he says even if she's dead I still need to talk to her.

They call my job everyday asking specificaly for me.  Very annoying, how can we stop this? anybody?

I believe this company is part of this SCAM. They use cell phones for the business and I am going to Hoovers to check them out. The guy I spoke to didn't seem to think a scam using his business website was a problem.  I smell a big RAT!

if you do a search you are directed to the yellow pages, which gives an address and phone number straight to voicemail........that says "this party is not accepting calls from this number"

If you are being contacted by MONUMENT HEALH CARE...........BEWARE AND READ THE FACTS IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

Off the bat I will tell you MONUMENT HC is a scam, and there more website involved then you know.
On April 25,2012 I was dumb enough to but their bull.  The next day I canceled my bank account and got a new one.  The contacted me again on May 17 asking for a payment.
I stalled them for a few days.  The phone number they will give you 407-842-1279,
407-842-1290,407-218-5892,lets not forget the fake toll free number 888-207-9070.
All cell phones.  I called Starnet myself and they confirmed this on April 26,2012. I told them that I decided on Kaiser to rid my self of them. I filed with 10 consumer report,including the FBI. The tried tell me phone some numbers to call but after sending me to another legitimate website, US Health Group( that who they said they were before they became Monument Health Group.  In short I called US Health Group a legitimate company and they do not sell policies to California.  My "sales Rep" Jon told me to go to the website to see what benefits would be.  I don't think he ever checked. I did everything look great so I sign up and sadly I closed my bank account the very next day.  They were trying to take $648 but never saw a penny.  So they started calling me again to get my credit card number.  I investigated "Monument HC"only to find that the don't have a website, they would not give me an address and the website www.monumenthealthcare.com goes to a person I suspect is in on it. I don't believe that using group instead of "care" will bring up anything.  Anyway DO NOT TRUST THEM! I just blocked all the numbers from my phone. File complaints especially a police report!! Or you can tell them if they call that you just filed a police report  so never call you back!  Tha's how I got rid of the pond scum.  Remember NEVER GIVE YOU SS# and/or CREDIT CARD OR BAKING INFO FOR CHECK OVER FOR.  I thought I was a smart person, I knew better but I have preexisting condition so I guess I wanted to believe.  All healthcare companies are predators.  If you have a preexisting condition  GO THROUGH YOUR STATE! you can NOT be turned down.  Best Wishes

Just steady call from different number's do not leave a message.

Called no one on the line when I picked it up. Been on the do not call list, but with little luck. Wonder if the do not call list is a scam? May have to take my own actions.

1. regardless of your apparently positive transaction with starnet, does NOT give them the right to harass the rest of us - especially those like myself who are on the do not call registry.

2. get back to us when you have filed a claim, i'm betting they're happy to take your $ but not so much so when they have to pay for something.

Found this info on these skumbags. About to start calling them 12 times a day and see how they like it. I'm on the National Do Not Call List. I'll inform them and see if it continues. Do not call means do not call !!!

it keeps calling

never laeves a message. calls 4 to 5 times a day. won't answer.

This number calls nearly every day, sometimes multiple times.  I don't answer because of caller ID and I don't answer calls from people I don't recognize.  I've been caught on calls like this before, therefore I ignore them.  From experience I learned my lesson.  Thank goodness for caller ID.

Insurance Company. Already told them i wasn't interested and to stop calling but they call several times a day. This has been going on for weeks.
