They told me I won a trip to USA! LOL!

This number just called me. A woman named Cindy told me I won a free trip to Florida. (First of all she couldn't pronouce 'Florida')Through Visa/MasterCard... I don't have a Visa or a Mastercard... I'm glad though, because I'm a stand-up comedian, & I'm always looking for material.

who are you ?

why do you think it`s a scam ? I rather believe that`s a trick to make sure that you want to travel and when you accepted this travel and payed for the taxes, then you have to pay for the drinks and food to. BUT... sometimes people are lucky. maybe you actuelly has won this vacation. Many people in Denmark every day, wins cars etc.. Of course I also would be scared to fall into a trip.

Was called due to my phone number came up on there radom list.
I was offered a 16 day cruise. Complements of Florida Resoration Resort and they wanted 500$ taxes over my kredit card which I almost gave out. I wanted to call back which was OK but came to an answering machine.
FYI - I live in Sweden.

Same story about me winning a trip and cruise to Florida. I already had a feeling that something fuzzy was going on and reading the posts in this forum I do believe that this is a fake company.

Désolé de vous dire que c'est une pogne et moi aussi je me suis fait pogné.... Moi par contre j'ai quelqu'un qui leurs a téléphoner et leur a dit que c'était qu'il n'y avait rien de compris dans leur supposé forfati tout compris. Ils ont dit qu'il allait me remboursé et nous avons contacter la police de Orlando et il vont faire leur enquête. Si vous avez donner l'autorisation a cette compagnie de prendre un montant.... dépèchez-vous d'appeller votre carte de crédit car il peuvent encore prendre de l'argent sans votre permission. Bonne chance a tout ceux qui croyais avoir gagné un beau voyage.

I GOT A CALL FROM THE SAME COMPANY. I CALLED VISA AND THEY CANCELLED THAT VISA NUMBER AND ISSUED ME A NEW ONE.

Got the same, but a guy talked directly to me for half an hour.
He wanted our credit card number to pay the taxes of the trip (500$ taxes).

I tried calling this phone number with skype and I fell on a Travelling company that seemed to exist, but I think they're just using a fake number that appears on the phone and that in fact this fake number is of a real company.

However, the police has the technology to retrace and arrest these men, I hope they'll do something soon because these calls have been going on for a long time and the callers must be f****ng laughing at us if all we do is blocking their numbers (which is actually honest companies numbers).
