asked to be put on do not call list. Woman said, "Are you asking or are you telling me?" Told her I was telling her.

Caller wanted me to give her all of my credit cards #'s, my current address & phone numbers, She continued to state that she worked for Mastercard & Visa & they were all one intetity. When I asked for the phone number to call her back she hung up. She also claimed that we needed to understand this program was to just lower the intrest rate for good on the current cards, stating htat Mastercard & Visa where trying to help get people out of debit by lowering the intrest & allowing them to pay their cards off 3 to 5 years in advance.

this telephone #407-859-4964 persistently calls, but hang up when my answering machine responds.  How can one get rid of these persistent, low lying scammers?

I also have received MANY calls from 407-859-4964. I finally got tired of just hanging up.  We're on the National Do Not Call list and I want these people to know they will be reported.  When I pressed 1 and asked who these people were affiliated with the woman hung up on me.  I will pursue this further. It must be a scam!

A recorded message asks you to press 1 to lower your interest rate. They give no other details. Im pressed one, and a perky woman answered "Did you press 1 to lower your interst rate? I responded with "It depends, lower my interest rate on what?' and the perky woman hung up on me. I'm sure it's a scam.

Same stuff - called back immediately and was told it was disconnected (neat trick). Who can this be reported to?

I tried to add this number to my blocked number list and it says it is not a valid number.

same as above.  it's a total scam.

Received call from operator about lowering my interest rate.  Pressed 1 to speak to a rep.  Asked to be removed from call list.  I was hung up on.

Rec'd call today Sept 16th, 2008, at 8:25am PST.

Was on other line and didn't pick up the call.  Went to my V-mail. No message left.  Tried to call back the phone rang 3 times then a message answered stating: "We're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and try your call again.  For directory assistance information you may dial 411 or your directory assistance provider."  This message repeated twice and then disconnected and I heard a busy signal.

I called the number back and it said it was disconnected.  I am onbthe do not call list as well.

Received a call and said I had to press 1 to get lower interest rate on them credit card.  I pressed 1, and a person said they were going to lower my interest ratea snd I was eligible for a lower rate.  I asked what company they were calling from  and they said, Mastercard Member Credit Services. I said I don't have a card like that and they hung up.

I have received calls from here before, and simply hung up the phone. The time before last, I pressed "1" to speak with "my account representative". I had a pleasant man answer; but I went off on him anyway, interrogating him for an unsolicited call from a company not associated with ANY of my accounts. After he explained that he was sorry, I told him to take me off the call list. Well, it's a month later and  got another call. Again, I pressed "1" and when the girl asked if I pressed 1 to lower my interest rates, I replied No and she hung up on me.

I am on the National No Call List, and this totally aggravates me!
If someone is working for these companies as "MY account representative, then they'd better well be ready to hear me bi*** them out for a call their automated server never should have dialed!

I was in the middle of doing witchcraft spells.  Don't call someone that practices magic and is on the Do Not Call list thats all I can say we have a few tricks up our sleeves.
