I received a call saying I won $100.00 free gas.  I hung up and when I dialed the number back it I was told the number is not a working number.

Answer the phone to hear "you won $100 free in gas, I could hear a female voice in background.  I hung up.  When I called it back a voice says, "The number you have dialed is not a working number."  Well, it worked when whomever called me.

No response when call is taken and hangs up in about 5-10 seconds.
