no message came up on caller id but could not return call

this is wynham resorts calling; they are very persisitant.  probably a friend or relative gave them your number.  When the called me they mentioned a friend by name that I know of.  I also asked my friend and she said she gave them my number

They want you to stay at one of their resorts AND attend their timeshare presentation/spiel.  

Their incessant calls are annoying, but they are legit.  Blame your friends

Keep receiving calls from 407-967-4700- I have yet to answer and I gald I did not. I decided to Goggle the number and I am glad I did.  Need I say more

I just got a call on my cell phone and did not answer.

i have been receiving calls from 407-967-4700.  Wyndham Vac.  I do not answer and they do not leave a message.  They are calling my cell phone.  How do i get them to stop.

These people keep calling. At least once a day. I don't answer, because I don't know who they are. What's going on?

this number just called me (4079674799 wyndham vac)caller id. they asked if robert and i had a chance to look over our resort contract. When I said me and who?? they said robert and i started to laugh and they apologized and said im sorry we must have the wrong number and hung up. sounds fishy

Seems like it's happenned before.  Find time and report these calls, expose them in their local media.  I hope they get calls from everyone and tie up their phones, put them out.

I got a call from 407-967-4799 at 4:00 PM on a Friday. I didn't answer it, and they didn't leave a message. I tried to call back, but the number was busy.
Three hours later (7:07 PM) I got a call from 702-784-6800. Again, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. When I called that number back, there was a recording saying that I have reached "Wyndham Special Events" (Wyndham is apparently hotels/ resorts). I think these 2 numbers maight be realted.

Called home phone. I didn't answer, no message left. Call came from a cellular number not a business number.

Left message on answering machine.  Voice says it hurts it hurts with lots of chatter going on in the background.  This number is listed as a cell phone number located in the Orlando area.  Cell phone company provider is Omnipoint Communications.

Calls me constantly!  Several times a week.  Usually I do not pick it up.  Finally picked up and simply said, "Would you please stop calling me," and hung up the phone.  They had the nerve to call right back, but I did not answer, left no message on answering machine.

Several calls from this number. I answered one of them on mute and the person on the other end knew my name but I did not say anything. I tried to call the number back and the call would not go through. Maybe they got shut down? Obviously a scam based on other feedback.

Called telling me I was reffered by a friend that took a vacation with them last year and ask me if I planed on taking a vacation within the next 12 months.  When I replied no, she was very rude and hung up on me.  They have called several times before.  When I tried to call back to get my number removed, the line was always busy.

Called work number and left nonsensical message on voice mail.

This is a fraud. TELL THEM "NOTHING' AND HANG UP.

Calling my # at work. They have my name from somewhere because they ask for me. Then they tell me they were referred by a friend named Lawston Williams. There is no such person. It has to be some kind of scam, but I hang up on them before they have a chance to say anything else.
