Chris Wilson is  a  known thief, con artist, has  never known  to  tell  the  truth  and  would  cheat anyone  and  everyone  and  has  many  different  names   and  he  is   hacker   and  he  is  under  serious  investgation  and  soon  everyone  will  know  the  real   truth.

Really,    I have never met Dr. James Mitchell but I do know that you may contact myself for further information or Maritime Matters or The City of Alameda California or The City of Rio Vista California for information regarding ownership of the vessel.  Just whatever you do, DO NOT LEAVE DR. The truth:  Dr. Mitchell's ship is classified as a hospital ship.  Therefore, it is not subject to the same travel restrictions as regular commercial vessels.  A hospital ship is like an ambulence; it can travel wherever it needs to in order to accomplish the purpose of providing medical treatment to those who need it.  By the way, the FBI has never contacted Dr. Mitchell.  He is innocent until proven guilty.

I have had contact with this Doctor, and can tell you now... ALL Commercial ships, should be registered with the MARITIME ADMINISTRATION, which holds the Ship Registry.
And not with "The California Department of Motor Vehicles !!!" this is not a small plessure yacht. and the GRT is over 150 tons, there for could NEVER be registered the way it is...

There is no truth to the comments made by Chris Wilson.  He is a former ship crewmember of Dr. Mitchell's who still holds a grudge against Dr. Mitchell even after many years. The California Department of Motor Vehicles will confirm that Dr. Mitchell is the registered owner of the cruise ship that he is trying to sell (registration # CF1143SE), and that there are no liens on the ship.  The Sacramento, California DMV office can be reached at 1-800-777-0133.  By the way, I believe it is a federal crime to falsely accuse someone of a criminal act (especially with no evidence to prove it), not to mention immoral. Dr. Mitchell holds the title to his ship, and therefore, he is the true owner and can legally sell it.

He called me this mornig about 5am as i was finding out about his ship for sale CF11435E prinsess diana 3, he said his name was jim not james I guess anything that sounds to good to be true usaly is.

I saw that same ad.... isn't that really another ship sitting in LAX about to be towed out to sea .... or something like that.  I would seriously watch out for this clown, in my opinion he sounds like a real scam artist.  

Also I agree with Bounty Hunter - where is he licensed if he is so well loved?  What state?  What is his license #?  

Um, also sparky, slander is spoken untruths and since this is in writing it cannot be slander.  You really should do some research before you go broadcasting your ignorance.

Really?  Where did he go to school?  Where is he licensed? Where is he currently practicing?  Why does he want money wired to some unknown bank?  Why is the ship registered in someone else's name?  Why does the company not show up in California's corporation records?  

If he is so honorable, why does he hide?  Put his license & provider ID on this web site with a link to the state that issued the license & we will then talk further....

I agree completely with Captain Larry Davis.  Dr. James Mitchell is a respectable, licensed physician who is an acquaintance of mine. Xavier's comments about James Mitchell are untrue statements and are forms of slander, fraud, and defamation of character. Dr. Mitchell really owns the cruise ship he is trying to sell, registration # CF1143SE, which can be verified with the Sacramento, California DMV office.  Dr. Mitchell would not lie about his car either. I kindly request that the webmaster of this site remove Xavier's abusive comments towards Dr. James Mitchell immediately. Please also remove his name and phone number from your site. Thank you.

I hope you realize that your several posts defending yourself as Dr. Mitchell are obvious.  If I am the scam artist that you say in your messages please enlighten the fine people who read this forum with a few references to some people  whom I have scammed.

Dr. Mitchell sold his ship to a corporation by the name of Al Bouraq Aviation Inc.  This corporation abandoned this vessel at the docks of Alameda and did not pay anything for docking fees for almost 2 years.

Gosh after reading this I see no mention of Dr. Mitchell in this document   Hmmmm. I just happen to also have another link to a Federal Court Evidence Document showing the bill of sale from Dr. Mitchell to Al Bouraq Aviation Inc.  Signed and notarized. This is all public record folks.  Feel free to contact Alameda City and get solid verification.

If this is indeed the case then how does it make me a scam? I challenge you to give these folks a little evidence.    I hope your all willing to do your investigation prior to leaving Mr. Mitchell your hard earned money.

This person is a James Mitchell.  He used this number to operate his internet scam for the sale of a cruise ship and a rare car. You may have contacted him in reguards to either or.
