ok, i think i am the winner. i have been receiving these recorded messages, asking for some guy named Hector Ayala Oyola, for the past 4 years, yes! 4 years. I've called the number many times and i can't get to it.
i've searched the area code in the united states and puerto rico and have not seen it.

A recorded message ask for another person. I told them several times that i'm not the person they are looking for, but continue to call my home 3 or 4 times a day until late at night
