I am really tired of receiving this call from Life Alert every single day about the same time(4:50 p.m.). There is no message and I too have pressed #1 and #5 with no response. Please stop annoying people !

I had the same problem. I called my phone company which is Verizon. They are able to block the number for you. Also, you can sign in your account, add this number to your block list. hope this can help.

this company calls and herasses me everyday

Hate it. Calls me many times a day. Wish could shut them off.

This number has been calling me every afternoon for the past week. I added it to my blocked calls list, but I'm still getting calls once or twice a day and receiving voicemail from them advertising some product.

This number calls me once maybe twice a day on my cell. When I answer a voice says "good bye" or hangs up.

Getting a call from this number several times a week.  Cannot call it back, and no message is ever left.

I've been harassed for weeks with daily calls from this number to my cell phone.  As other posters have noted, it shows up as a "South San Francisco" caller, but when I pick up, there's no response.  When I tried dialing back to ask them to remove me from their list, the call didn't go through.  I've reported them to the donotcall.gov registry, but nothing's been done (no surprise there.)

These c***suckers keep calling my phone. I am a therapist and the f****ng phone keeps ringing during session. I wish these f****ng a***oles would stop calling me. I'm 43 and am not going to fall anytime soon. F****ng a***oles.......

I have been getting calls from this number daily on my cell phone.  There has been no messages left and I have not attempted to contact this number but I've been wondering who's been calling me since they've been calling just about daily ...it could be early morning till as late as 9 o'clock at night and this is in the South Bay California.

I get these call as well. I think we should locate the call center and blow it up. Why are these jokers allowed to make the calls?

Calling once a day for past week. Answered first time and now it just won't stop.

I started getting a call from this number about a week ago and continue to get a call everyday late in the afternoon. No message and you can't call the number back.

They started calling my cellphone about a week ago, with the same automated message.  They call about once per day, usually in the afternoon.  It's the same automated 30 second message, every time.  I tried pressing "1" at the end of the message as they instruct, also "5" to be removed, both times just resulted in immediate disconnection without being connected to anybody or anything else.

I wish they would stop.  Filing FCC and phone company complaint now, don't know if they will do any good.

Gave no identifying information, other than talking about a product that sounds like a ripoff of that old "I've fallen and I can't get up" informercial from years ago on TV.

Have called my cell (which is on the do not call list) several times. Advertising for a "life alert" sort of product. Have replied with the option to be removed from the call list (by dialing "5") ...we'll see

Same call as above, it's an automated telemarketing call, which is disregarding the national and state do-not-call lists.

To stop them from calling, answer the call and at the prompt, press "5".  They claim it will remove you from their call list.  I tried it... we'll see.

Called today 1t 14:46.  Have gotten several previous calls from same number.  There is never anyone on the line or any response to a "hello" message

Received a call from this number on 4/23/13, 4/24/13 and 4/25/13 - never leaves a message and I can't call it back (I get an automated 'this number doesn't work' message).

Rec'd a call from this number on my cell Tuesday and today, Thursday. No message. ID'd as South San Francisco. 408 area code is not from SF, but further south like San Jose, Sunnyvale, Saratoga, Campbell, Morgan Hlll etc.

Called me yesterday and today. Did not leave a message. Phone ID'd it as coming from South San Francisco.  Phoned it back and got a recording "Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check your number and call again, message ID CO02ML".
