I continue receiving calls on a daily basis at different times from 408/239-4054. I am not sure who is calling me but believe it may be from a mobile device. When I pick up and answer, I hear breathing like someone is on the line but no one says anything and then eventually they hang up.  Not sure if this is a prank or harrassing call or what it is but is very frustrating and I would like it to stop. Hope FCC can look into this.
I did research this phone no. on Google and received the following info. SYNAPSE INTEGRATION INC
10570 STOKES AVE Cupertino, California 95014, but do not know if this co. still exists nor do I know of anyone who is working at the company. Very weird

They dared to call me and wake me before noon..  They got the snare drum!!  Maybe they can take some of the drugs they push, for the broken eardrum..  :D

This company calls me 6-10 per week.  They ask for people who do not live here and then call me a liar.  They also try to sell me Tramadol, Viagra, and Zanax.  They told me that Tramadol was being taken off of the market and they could sell it to me for 36% off THIS WEEK ONLY.  I told the guy, "you told me that last week.  and I am not the person that you are asking for."  He continued.  I explained to him that Tramadol was NOT being taken off of the market that I was aware of and that I needed his name and company name so that I could notify my supervisors of this information.  He quickly hung up.  Calls stopped for 2 weeks and now have started back up again.  When they call I tell them that "this phone call may be recorded for quality control purposes and may be turned over to the Sheriff's Department for further action."  Again....phone calls have stopped for a while?!?

God I have received calls from this number a lot of times, but mostly I did not pick up, or even if I did I didn't hear anything on the other side, until today, an Indian guy was on the phone, asking about medical prescription and starting talking in hindi and I just cut the call. He called up again and shockingly asked why I cut the call when he was speaking in hindi and he knew that I was an Indian! :-/ I shouldn't have replied, but said I don't speak hindi, as I'm from the South. He said something silly and I said I will have to report, if he doesn't take me off the list. He said I can report if I want to!

Anyone has done anything about this?

Ask to speak to their "FCC Compliance Officer" It is illegal for telemarketers to call you without having a compliance officer on premisis.

I then got a "supervisor" requested the same thing. spoke broken english. At that point, I decided I had enough of their nonsense, and ripped through them. Some days, if I am bored, I will screw with them, just for my own entertainment.

I am receiving 4 plus calls from this company per day and when I ask to speak to a manager and or ask them to stop calling me they hang up on me.  Extremely aggravating!!

I get frequent calls from this number.  They never leave a message.  I am on the do not call list.  Why do they keep calling

BEWARE - SCAM!!!! The individual attempted to obtain personal information by pretending to be a mail order pharmeceutical company.  Strong accent - Indian or Pakistani- difficult to understand.

They just called me up and said that they have my medication ready to ship and that they just needed to verify some information. I told them they have the wrong number (like I always do) but then they went though a list of pills and asked me if I take any of them. I can not believe how many times these drug dealers call. They have called me more times than even my friends or family this month. They probably just take your money or else send out fake drugs.

I feel bad for people who are actually sick and think they are supposed to give these people their personal information. Some people are not able to leave their homes, and they must have medicine delivered. They have no choice but to be humiliated and/or ripped off by these drug dealers because they are afraid their real pharmacy might not be able refill their real prescription.

REGARDING YOUR CALLER ID --
If you ever receive one of these calls and you think it might be real because it is from your own area code, do not fall for it. They did that to me. Also, the caller ID is not always reliable in a lot of cases. Caller ID is much less helpful now that scammers can just use Skype or some other public service that causes a number to be displayed that appears to be from a trusted source. In addition to that, a lot of people who are older or not able to afford the add-on phone services do not even have caller ID.

It's not a good idea to post your phone number on the Internet like that.

What I do is this -- Never give any more information than is absolutely necessary when you're doing things online or over the phone.

3rd call from them today. Answered once, and silence. How do these telemarketer think the silent approach works? Actually they cld do nothing that would work w/me. But just saying...pretty silly! Blocking Now.

I get calls from the same call centers over and over - they just won't stop.  This sounds like a great way to at least annoy them back.

Foreign man asking if I took certain drugs. Also have had similar call from 2 other numbers in last two days,

Called my phone once today at 3:20pm - no message. Didn't even bother to call back because I knew I didn't know the #.

The prescription drug people that have been calling me for years, asking for "Robert".  By the way, the Do not call list does work if you ask the people to remove you from the list, and they do not.  They do take action.  You can also file a police report if it becomes harassment

Men who do not speak English clearly call me, twice in the last 2 hours.  What can be done to stop them from harassing me, and from what I find out on line, every one else.  My phone number is 505-803-7192.

he told me i was jingling bells of joy in his heart and that his name is caterpillar. i said im in school and he told me to "do like grasshopper" and "i can be your grasshopper".

They called during Thanksgiving dinner  about prescriptions. Told him I didn't know what he was talking about and that it was rude and ridiculous to call about whatever scam he was doing in the middle of thanksgiving. He then continued to hit on me asking if I was single and added that he was single. Gross people. Hung up and Blocked the number immediately. They just call back  from different numbers. Can't win. Sooooo gross. Best advice not to pick up and just block the numbers.

this is a pharmacy calling asking if about medications that I have never taken. I have asked to be removed from the list. But keeps calling. can't understand the pharmacy name

Harassing inappropriate questions. Telling me I " look" 15 or  16. Asked how old I was and if I was married....Completely inappropriate. Asked about prescriptions drugs to which I don't take. They called back immediately after I told them I wasn't interested and their questions were inappropriate.

You all are lucky!  When they called me tonight, I asked him to repeat where he was calling from--- which he did--- and when I asked him to delete my telephone number and not call, he said he would not.  When I asked why he was calling, he said, "To F--- you" in his heavily accented English, and then repeated, "F--- you...."!

The do not call register is a joke, it does nothing. Especially if the calls are coming from out of the country.

They will never stop, really...NEVER.  They have been calling me for 9 years.  It's my business phone or else I would actually change my number.  The only way I can deal with this anymore is to make a game out of how much of their time I can waste.  Ask them to hold, ask about their family, what kind of drugs they take. Very personal questions are fun... keep them on the phone as long as you can...

Received many calls from this number. Claims to be online pharmacy, asking if I need such and such drugs. Finally resorted to cussing at them after repeatedly asking them to stop calling. This made it worse. Two calls in one hour on 01/10/14. Foreigner, hardly can understand him. After telling him "where to go", he made sexual remarks that proceeded to get more obscene and offensive. After using choice words at him, realized he was getting the response he wanted and I hung up on him. Used app on my phone to block this number, but felt I still needed to post this warning to other people. Don't know what other action I can take. Any ideas?  

Got a call from this number trying to sell me cheap power! It showed up as originating from California.
They either try to sell you Solar power or cheap power. Both are scams!

I see the telemarketer scumbags have recovered from their New Year's hangovers and are back at work.I answered this and once I realized there was a real person at the other end, I broke into my rendition of "Blurred Lines".
The jerk on the other end couldn't hang up fast enough.

I've been getting these calls for years. Blocked the number from my phone reject list. they called me off a new one. The number u r all talking about is the fourth number this same company has called me from. They claim to b willing to sell drugs without prescriptions. Claim they ship out of the US . And all the drugs they have are highly abused drugs. This is a scam intended for drug addicts.

Called me twice within 20 minutes. Just started today. Wanting to sell me prescription meds. I don't know where they got my information from, but I would not recommend telling them any information. Just add  to your block list. Scammers.
