I guarntee your not with this business now, do you own your own car? No..... Do you own your own house? No, you share a  apartment with your partner, why do this Scentura company puts a male and female together? Why do they move you outta state away from your family?  A person can work at McDonalds and make more money then working with this company, the same people that are doing these interviews don't own sh.t! Do your homework on these people and these fake companies!

i went to their job interview back in dec. 2006.. i was barely out of school, fresh off my mind looking for a job and came accross these idiots on craigslist. this synergy management is a total scam. they are located in other states under various names. the do***ebag who calls himself EVAN is a total retard who doesn't even know how to talk politely with a lady. i asked him a question regarding the "calculation" he did on the board during the so called "training" he made a joke out of my question and clearly said, "if i can't solve it, then there's no way i can be with the company" ... i told everyone the next day when i went there how cheap this company is and showed everyone the scam printouts...  9 out of 12 people walked out of room after reading their reports off of google.com
and i am glad they walked out and so did i.. saved us time, money, skills, and most important our FORTUNE. don't be selling perfumes in the parking lots for these idiots. the store managers could call the cops on you for selling illegal equipment in the parking lot of their stores... better be safe than sorry...

i called them actually, easily enticed by the "jobs available now" listing on craigslist. the operator answered the phone so quickly i couldn't understand the name of the company, therefore i googled the phone number while i was on hold.... glad i came across this site! i don't wanna be one of those people chasing folks down in a parking lot to make them come buy knockoff cologne from the trunk of my car. they just told me that i should come in for an interview and then they'd decide what kind of position would be best for me. wow. um, nevermind, thanks!

I completely agree with Jeremy. What he said he encountered there as he tried to make a living in that business is completely true. They use people to sell their products and then later not pay them a single dime. I'm currently in a law-suit with them, that's how serious this is. This "perfume fairy" is a joke it seems like, and stated not 1 fact in his/her posting of how wrong we are other than us "being weak minded". Maybe he/she can go back to Disneyland where dreaming up fantasy's and fictional characters appear. This is a scam, and hopefully, I will receive a nice sum of money for their dishonesty. Be cautious with this company, if your head is on your shoulders... it'd take a short while for you to see through there lies.

Yes, I went there for 4 days. That was long enough for me to figure the place out. Even the interviews weren't even real. Come on, how can you pick the best people of a group just by watching them take notes? Not to mention Evan is very obnoxious and talks very fast, so he can throw people off. I have a college degree and could see through his brainwashing. I just stayed a few days just to see how bad of a scam it really is. I just found myself out in the heat in East San Jose and Redwood city having to go up to complete strangers to sell and without receiving a dime. Also the guys I was with were very rude and unprofessional, so even if they did, for some outside chance, make it to their own office, I would hate to see how they would run it or how long they would last.

Basically, this place is a scam in the eyes of people that need a legitimate job and need income. I had to have income and was WAAAAY more professional and educated than these jerks. While it may be true that some people make it, it is at the expense of others, which is very unethical and just for jerks. So even if I did have the lifestyle you say you have, I would feel rotten like you should. But, like I said, you are in a fantasy land and can not see that.

hi i just got a quick question to you and all of the other people that talk negative about this business. how long where you in the business for? if your response is: less than a week, 1 day, or even for only my 1st or 2nd interview.Im sorry if i insult you in any way but you have no idea of what you are speaking about!!! you should feel sorry for yourself for being so weak minded and letting yourself down on a great opportunity that you will only come across once in a life time. talk about your failure and laziness, why you're not willing to do whatever it takes to have a better future. just in case you haven't realized it yet but success is never given to anyone success is worked for. you have to work for a better future even if you have to put it #1 in your life. it will take care of you for the rest of you LIFE!!! Last time checked no TRUE successful person is lazy. even them did whatever it took to become of who the are. whether they had to sell perfume, newspaper,candy,or even s***!! I MYSELF HAD TO SELL PERFUME DURING TRAINING AT SYNERGY MANAGEMENT... IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT I EVER DID FOR MYSELF. Could you please tell us the details about the scam? I just had an interview with them. Are they a part of the pyramid scheme like Primerica?

Do not work for them or attend any interview. You will be lied to and misled about the Branch Manager positions. You will have to peddle knock off perfume on the streets for up to 12 hours a day as part of your training.

They lure in young people with promise of $$$.  Do not go interview with this company, it's a waste of time!
