Got a call. No message was left.

That is TiVo customer support.  They don't take incoming calls at that number, though, so try calling them back through their main support line at 877-367-8486.

Claimed to be from Office Depot and said I owed a small balance but that was not why he was calling.  He just needed to "verify" my information.  Has scam written all over it in capital letters.

Called the day after I placed an order on office depot.com.  He knew my name and what I ordered.  He wanted my CC number to process my order.

Scammer.  Given that what he knew about me and my order, I'm guessing he works at office depot and has enough access to info to call people up and scam them out of cc numbers, which he may not have access too.

This was the "account manager" for our business office depot account.  We do not and never have had an Office Depot account.  Caller stated that we had outstanding invoices and wanted payment info - SCAM ALERT!

Call with no message on a government phone...we definitely do not have TIVO...not sure that the TIVO thing is accurate.

That makes sense, thanks.  I was wondering who this call was from: I contacted TIVO recently for some tech support, they must have been returning my call.

They  left me a message, it was a call from Tivo making sure I'm happy with my service.
