said i owed for a past due payday loan. said they were going to file fraid charges forgery charges

I have gotten two calls from a guy saying I owe for past due payday loans and have to go to court.  He said the balance is like $9,000.00.  I have no idea what this guy is talking about.   He called at home and work.

Got a call from man saying I owe for a past due payday loan. I have no idea what he is talking about.  Has anyone else gotten a call from 408-355-9855?

I got 15 calls from this company today.  I did not answer at first and got the same message everyone else seemed to get.  He told me with an Indian accent to have my legal representative contact him "the second" I get this message.  And as the "situation unfolds God help me".  I had to laugh at the last part, who says that?  Anyway, I did not return the call based on the message I knew something was up, but he continued calling my phone.  So I began to answer and screamed my "horror movie" scream into the phone. That seemed to do the job.  I haven't had a call back since.  These people are up to something.

I received a call from these folks claiming to be from ACS and they won't even tell me what this is in reference to. I figured it was just a scam and wasn't going to let them pull the wool over my head. There very rude and ask me if it was okay to record and told them h_ll no and said that they work in an office with attorneys and I said fine, I work for a law firm and yep they hung up on me. So all I can suggest is that everyone file a complaint with the attorney general in CA and also the FBI. I'm going to contact the CA State Court and let them know about this also and oh yes Clark Howard as well. Oh by the way, they all speak with a broken accent.

Called me three times at my place of employment.  All they would say was please stay on the line, when I told them  I WOULD NOT stay on the line as they were calling my place of employment.. Then continued to get rude, so I informed them I was disconnecting the call and hung up, then called me back again, and cursed at a fellow co worker for the fact that I hung up on them.  When I informed them again not to call me and I would be disconnecting, the man got very aggitated with me.  Be Careful and do NOT give them any information, trust me if they were a true debt collector they would be much nicer.

This happened to me all day.  I press ignore on my phone and they call back and won't stop.  They just called me again!  It's so annoying and they're threatening me.  There were like three different people who are apparently middle eastern (sound Indian) who speak English and their names are Jack Frost and Daniel White.  I don't think so.  I fell for it at first because I did take out a pay day loan years ago but this didn't make any sense to me.  It's stressful because they won't stop calling me. :(

I verified the last 4 digits of my social security number but that's about it.

They also said God Bless at the end of their message.  Who says that these days when attempting to collect a debt?  weird.

I HATE THESE PEOPLE.  They called me every 30 seconds for two hours.  I found that to be abnormal for a debt collector then he tells me that i have a case against me which is b***s***.  Don't let them bully you!

this guy keeps calling and asking for my attorney.  He states that if I he doesn't hear back from me or my Attorney today all he can do is "wish me good luck and that the situation will unfold on me".  What a dumbass, I called him back and told him to go scratch.

i had the exact same call at work from a allen parker same exact bullshi.... he said i defrauded on an online loan i never even took out said i was being fired from my job and was going to jail for fraud. i reported this to the states attourneys office.

I recieved calls at home and ork from this number, but I was not in at the time. Has anyone had these bozoz try to take funds from their bank account?

Got 3 calls today from this number. Used the name Allen Parker and also did not speak very good English. Just said I needed to call or have my lawyer call and did not refer to what matter.

I got the same call and when I told the guy I couldn't understand him because his accent was so thick he accused me of being a racist.

THIS SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY AND TODAY 5/13/09.  THEY CALLED SAYING I DID NOT PAY A LOAN AND I NEVER HAD ONE. THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL NOR WERE THEY WILLING TO GIVE OUT INFO THEY WERE RUDE
AND WHEN I SAID I WAS GETTING MY LAPTOP OUT TO CHECK THE SUPPOSED DATE I WAS TOLD WHY DONT YOU BELIEVE WHAT I AM TELLING YOU AND HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME. DO NOT VERIFY ANY INFO WITH THEM! ALSO I CALLED MY BANK CHANGED ACCOUNTS AND FROZE EVERYTHING.  THEY HAD NERVE TO CALL BACK LATER AND I TOLD THEM THEY WERE FRAUDS AND I WAS REPORTING THIS TO THE POLICE AND THEY HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME AGAIN. HE SAID HIS NAME WAS RICK FOSTER HOW THIS IS AN AMERICAN NAME THEY SURE WERE NOT AMERICAN. BE CAUTIOUS.

This same company just called me as well. They said I was being sued in PA on three accounts - including bank fraud for non payment of a loan from "cash transfers" they would not send me anything in writing and instead only my laywer or employer could get something in writing.

I tried called calling back before searching to discover they were a fraud and the number is constantly busy. I do hope that stop calling my number!! I also asked for someone that spoke clearer English because I could not understand what they were saying.

DID ANYTHING EVER HAPPEN WITH THIS?  I HAD A SIILAR EXPERIENCE TODAY.

I GOT IT TOO.  THEY "MIKE ANDERSON" OR "LISA FERNENDEZ" KEEPS CALLING MY JOB SAYING I DEFAULTED ON A LOAN AND I AM DUE IN COURT TOMORROW IN CALIFORNIA.  THEY WONT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEBT OUTSIDE IT IS "FAST CASH" AND I AM BEING SUED ON THREE CHARGES.  THEY DID PROVIDE CORRECT INFO ON ME (EMAIL/BANK), BUT I THINK THEY ARE JUST USING INFO OBTAINED FROM ONE OF THE DUBIOUS REFERRAL SERVICES I USED WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR PAYDAY LOANS A WHILE BACK.
THEY LEAVE AMERICAN SOUNDING NAMES, BUT THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT AMERICAN.  WHEN I CALLED BACK WITH MY LAWYER ON THE PHONE, THEY DIDNT WANT TO SPEAK TO ME AND HUNG UP.

This number is in relation to an on-line scam. This is also associated with contact# 714-783-2216. The individual calls and says that you defaulted on an on-line Fast Cash loan from June of 2008.  They ask to obtain your Attorney's name, and seem to have your personal information (address, ss#, etc).  They stated that payment needs to be made, otherwise you will have to appear in a California State Court!  I flagged my credit report for possible Fraud hits, and also closed my bank account.  Highly recommended that you report this to your local police department for investigation.
