They keep calling, despite being told over and over again not to call. Caller ID this time said International. US Financial called three times yesterday. Make sure you are on the Do Not Call list and file a complaint with the FCC:

Answered the phone, could not understand what the person was saying, I hung up and called the number back and was told it was disconnected.
