Person with an ethnic accent (sounded Mexican or Central American) said he was James Russel and left a phone number 866-471-9387. He just said it was a "personal business matter". The 1-2 second delay before he picked up was obvious. What was unusual was he waited for me to walk around the house and find who he was calling. He called after 7PM PDT.

They left an automated message stating this was not a sales call or solicitation and to call 866-471-9387. They called from 408-392-4578.
