Received same call from 408-418-5652 - did not answer and when you block the number - they call again with a different phone number.  I think they do  - ROBO calling.   I have since blocked many of these calls - only to learn they call again using different telephone numbers.  So, I screen calls and do not answer.  Very annoying!!!!

I downloaded Mr. Numbers to my cell it blocks 95% of spam calls

This always seems to happen, that I get calls like this about an hour or so after I send a resume to job postings on Craig's list. Scammers jpost bogus job listings to get your resume with name and ph #. You just don't know who is on the up and up anymore. It's very frustrating!! Some ads are obvious, but others are getting pretty good at making it look like a real job opening. I'm only applying on company websites from now on!

I've been getting phone calls from this number. It is a recorded message  from WCA Subscriber Services about legal representation for people who got problems with certain medicine.
I called back and the recorded voice said I registered with them since Sept 2011, then it told me a bunch of reasons why not to unsubscribe, I pressed 5 then 2 to remove my number.  
I don't know how they got my number but i think this happens when you start entering sweepstakes, giveaways and crap like that.

Tried to follow the help message I found here - "call back and press 5 then 2 to remove your phone number"  Problem is THEY won't accept calls from phones with blocked numbers!! (The Nerve!)  Hubby blocked phone number years ago and *82 doesn't work -- We don't care about fixing our blocked number. That's how we want it.  However I think it suspect that WCA can call us on the DO NOT CALL LIST but they have issues with blocked numbers.

This # calls me 2-3x a week on my cell. Answered it once-wanted to know if I took any pharmaceuticals on their list. I suspect a phishing expedition. I got an app called Mr. Number - it automatically disconnects a call from any # you suspect is spam. You call also block #s that don't have a caller ID. It's free & fairly good.  I just check any blocked # & if I decide I want access I can exempt it from being blocked.

I got a call and answered it. It was about people who took antidepressants and a law suit. Told them getting unsolicited phone calls makes me depressed, they hung up.

Received an automated call soliciting clients re: a drug products liability case.  Agent would not identify where his was calling from other than "World Commerce Associates".

In addition to being in violation of the "No Call" regulations, it is patently illegal for anyone, lawyer or non-lawyer, to solicit legal business in this manner.

I got a call from this no. when I answered they listened for a couple seconds & hung up. I don't want them calling my house. I have had problems with numbers I don't know since June of 2011.

Three rings and they hung up.  I didn't answer it, but the name came up HLP Legal WCA.  Never heard of them, but found complaints about them on other web sites, so I won't be answering.

This was for WCA Subscriber Services - I called the number back and it said that the number was for special offers.  Really pisses me off as I am registered on the National Do NOT Call registry!!!
