This company exceeds the definition of making "annoyance" calls, it's harassment.  Beside the dozens of calls I got starting last Thursday afternoon I've received 15 calls in the last four hours today. Why doesn't the FTC shut them down?  I'm on the "no call list" and tried to register a complaint with my phone company but they referred other numbers for me to call with no results.  Went to the FTC.GOV website and tried to fill out their form but it wouldn't allow complete entry of my phone number.  

They call very 10 minutes and when I answer they hang up.  I would like to get rid of them I have noidea who they are or what they want.  Thanks

Keeps calling me and don't say anything when I call back it's a recording and says to push 1 to be on do not call list just keeps calling. It has called me 19 time within an hours time please stop them driving me nuts!

We have had these same phone calls. I have looked up the company and it is some bullcrap outsourcing company ?????? Who the crap?!!!!???

I am receiving calls from this phone number daily and they start at 6 am and end at 11 pm. They call about every 15 minutes and I am tired of it. When I answer the phone, they hang up on me! I have tried calling the number back and the message I received is stating that all the phone representatives are currently busy. They are a marketing company with no name and it shows valueaccess2 on the caller ID. I need these calls to stop because my husband works graveyard shift and needs to sleep during the day. I have registered with the national do not call list and I have also blocked this number from calling my house. They are still getting through. I cannot even use my phone due to the sheer volume of these calls to my number!

Who are these people?  Calling 7 - 8 times daily.  How do we get this stopped?

They have been calling for weeks.  Last night after a hard days work and trying to do things at home like eating a meal - they called at least 8 times and started again this morning - a weekend.  We are on the do not call list.  These people need to get a life.  I tried to call them back and they even identify themselves as telemarketers.   Don't have to many smarts, do they?

These guys keep calling all day long,non-stop.I'm on the do  not call registry but it doesn't work.

Have had 18 calls in the past two days and really sick of this....no one is on the line and then the line gets dropped.  Is this some sort of scam where they are using my phone number for some illegal purpose?

This number calls every 20 minutes...no one is there. The ID says its valueaccess2. When you look that number up its says its a company for outsourcing.

Has called in excess of five times within the last hour. Says nothing but hangs up after a few seconds.

These people from Valueaccess2,phone 408-418-5655 has called me 4 time in less than an hour and when i answer they hang up now i am getting tired of this

1-408-418-5655 calls 24 times EVERY day.  Caller ID says Value access 2. It is completely automated, and if you call the number back, it either drops the call or gives an automated response of "you have reached the marketing department" Can not speak to a live person! How do I stop this call, or who can I report it to in order to stop it?

15 call from them on 11-02-13, call back reach marketing dept, press one to be taken from their call list.

This number has been calling our number several times about 5 minutes apart. No one speaks when I answer.  I am very tired of this. There is nothing to do to stop it.

This number keeps calling my cell phone, but when I pick up, all I hear is clicking.  Getting really annoying.  They called again just now and I called back and got a recording that said "thank you for contacting the marketing department" blah blah.  Marketing dept of what company?  No info.  Reported them to Do Not Call since I am on the list.

Never received a call from them before they have called atleast 30 times today alone!!! I told them where to go, they keep hanging up how is a company aloud to keep calling and calling and being harassing, I am getting sooo mad, how can I turn them in?????

We get 10-15 calls a day. Everyday at all hours. Being on the no call list is a joke.

This number upon calling belongs to VALUEACCESS, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA.  These telemarketers continue to call every day about every 30 min. No answer upon picking up phone, and no response and no one talks, after the third hello it just hangs up. We tried calling back and it says to be placed on the DNC list press 1, 2 to speak to telemarketer.

lord this is still irateing... I do NOT want them calling me at all hours of the day just to leave no message on my machine... have stopped even trying to answer them to TELL them where to go

They keep calling and calling even after I was put in their don't call list I even called them and told them not to call me again.
