they called me while i was at school havent a clue who it was and didnt know it went off yet. i serached it and it says its something connected to the apple store. do we all have apple devices

Received a call from this number.  Did not answer.  The screen on my phone read "Promo Legal WCA".  Probably a collection agency..

These people call and don't leave messages. It is a nuisance.

Received a call from 408-418-5690 on 2/14/2014 at 5:27PM (eastern).  My caller ID reads PROMO LEGAL WCA.  We get a call from them about once every other month.  I reported the call to the National Do Not Call Registry at their website:

It is a shame that the Direct Marketing Association pretty much gutted the Do Not Call List with their 1 free shot and charities and non-profits free to call you all they want.  None-the-less, I just reported these guys.

this number called and have the audacity to ask for me like they have been knowing me since birth. Man, how do they end up with your number?

What is going on....two unknown callers in one day.....I am on the do not call list, but that does not seem to matter.

They just left me a message that I needed to set up appointment for private process server along with uniformed officer needed to issue me a summons for court...This is strange

They are a bunch of crock.  i tried calling back the # and you can't talk to a live person.  It says I subcribed from June 2010 and I did not. You try to cancel whatever subcription and it kicks you out of the system.  
I kept redialing (4x) and finally it allowed me to unsubcribe.

Caller ID says PROMO LEGAL WCA. I let answering machine pick up. Message about sleep problems and if I want more information to press 1. I pressed 1 and "customer service" rep started to talk. I lay the phone down and let him waste his time talking to the table.

First off, I'm on the DNC list and I don't care what "legal" maneuvering they use to justify their illegal activities, they are NOT allowed to call me. I suppose using "promo legal" on the caller ID makes it legal in their eyes. And no, I don't need to take my number out their data base by pressing 3. My number should never have been there in the first place. No, I did NOT check anything on a website or, enter a competition and, it wasn't another member of my family who gave you the right to call me. You see, I have never ever used the number you called on any website.

I just got a call too. Did not answer. It came up Promo Legal WCA on my phone.

They called my desk phone at work. No message left. I called them back and it said it was WCA Subscriber Services. It gave me an option to have my work number removed. Since it was my work number and not my cell number, I entered it in to have it taken off their list.

I am sure this is probably a scam or a telemarketer and they say you are a subscriber to get around the laws.

I just got a call from this number. It was an automatic call from CVS for me to pick up a prescription. But I live in Atlanta! Crazy. I don't have any prescriptions with CVS now.

also got a call no message left my time 930 am another call and it goes to my individual block list no call list does not work if they leave no sales info or are collection system tho they leave messages most time

Just received a call from 408-418-5692 on 1-16-2012, around 10:00 A.M.  My caller id says Health BFT WCA.  No idea.  I just picked up the receiver and slammed it down.  I am also on the DNC list.  A lot of good that's doing, huh?
