I got a phone call from this number which sounded like a bill collector for someone that doesn't live here. Anyone have any idea?

Our office has received several calls from this number. Machine voice states Stellar Debt Collection and number to call. This is a scam.

The machine voicemail said he was a debt collector and I agree with Yogi that this is a complete scam watch out!!

Voice mail said it was from Stellar recovery Inc ( Debt collector) , it was for some Jessica. Most probably some kind of scam.
