i accepted a loan of $500 from a co. called loan point usa.  this was a big mistake, due to the interest that they charge. i wasn't informed of these interest terms, and couldn't find them anywhere. not even in the fine print. the payback amount for this loan is supposed to be $650 ( $150) interest.i  agreed to this, but then they took $300 from my bank acct., stating that if i don't repay the full $650 on my monthly payday, they withdraw $300 each month, until i can pay the full $650 in one payment. this was not our original agreement. i want out of this rip-off now. anybody have a solution?

Sounds like someone should notify Michelle Li.  This could be an identity theft case.  That is if we can ever locate these troubled individuals who have nothing better to do then harrass people with ridiculous messages.

I am getting a text message every day from loan2killer and I text back to stop but I keep getting text messages

i wish they would stop texting my phone

Received text messages every day for the pst week from this number with the following message:

I replied stop to it today. Hopefully, it doesn't come through as a text again. I am not sure how they obtained my number, or why they woul dbe texting me.

I also get several text message fron this number, Some times they chage the last four digits but none of the numbers work when I attempt to call then back. In the text message they request that I go to www.ecash22.con as wel as www.loankiller2.com.

I have researched the numbers and come up with a Michelle Leyden Li who happens to be an attorney that graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law. As well as the Zilog Inc company but they develop Micro chips and their address matches the address give for Michelle.

                          San Jose Ca 95119

Michelle leyden Li is the Marketing Director  for Qualcom. Confusing !!!!!
